Great experience from the start This is my second car purchased from the Thornhill Hyundai dealership. My first car was 2012 Elantra. In these four years, I was always treated as the star customer from everyone I met and when the time came to buy a new car, Thornhill Hyundai was my first choice. Tai Liang, Irene Song were very informative, professional , Solomon Oh and Fendy Wong did their best to provide me with the best price and best lease options. Warren Tom was great to deal with. He was understanding to our needs and made sure we got the car we wanted as others were also looking at it. We had to test drive a different car initially and Warren came along to make sure we experienced as many of the features as possible but allowed us to test drive the car we actually wanted alone which pleasantly surprised us. We do not have great credit and Joanne Leung worked hard to get us the best financing possible. We are very happy with our new car and with the great service we received. We would recommend Thornhill Hyundai to everyone along with Warren Tom specifically or any of the other sales reps from what we saw and experienced. More

A First- No pressure sales By prior appointment, we met with Stan late Saturday afternoon. Stan fully understood our need to spend a day (Sunday) going over the numbers and rationalize this expense in our family budget. We told Stan we would have our final decision Monday morning. At no time did Stan pressure us to sign before leaving. No pushy sales tactics just his understanding of our needs. "Be backs" do come back when not pressured! Thanks Stan for your patience.
