Very good experience We needed a car as both of our old cars died within a few months of each other and we had to bus for the first time in years. Warren Tom was great to deal with. He was understanding to our needs and made sure we got the car we wanted as others were also looking at it. We had to test drive a different car initially and Warren came along to make sure we experienced as many of the features as possible but allowed us to test drive the car we actually wanted alone which pleasantly surprised us. We do not have great credit and Joanne Leung worked hard to get us the best financing possible. We are very happy with our new car and with the great service we received. We would recommend Thornhill Hyundai to everyone along with Warren Tom specifically or any of the other sales reps from what we saw and experienced. More
