A Disney-like performance. I recemtly had to have some repairs and service done to my 2011 Santa Fe. My service representative -- Scott -- went above and beyond the call of dut I recemtly had to have some repairs and service done to my 2011 Santa Fe. My service representative -- Scott -- went above and beyond the call of duty to make sure the work was done properly and effectively. He personally made sure that the mechanics were aware of my specific problem and had the work done expertly and on time. When Walt Disney opened Disney Land in 1955 he made sure that all of his employees went out of their way to make sure all visitors to the park felt welcome and were well cared for. In today's rush rush world it is more common to get the bare minimum in service. Scott went the extra mile to make sure I received not good but excellent service. He is to be commended for his efforts. I would rate my experience as follows: Customer Service 6*, Friendliness 6* More

They took care of two recalls and found that the real reason why I brought in my car was something they could fix and was COVERED under warranty. I could not believe my ears. When have you heard those words come out of your mechanic's mouth? I cannot say enough to my friends and you about the very courteous staff. They were awesome! Washed my car, and provided shuttle service. Looking forward to returning for the repair (once part comes in). Crazy as that sounds ... but like I said, it will be covered. We are considering purchasing a second Hyundai and definitely will return there for service. More
well-looked after though prob still persists back with same problem a few times.red light for air bag goes on at will...it isn't suppose to do that. Next time, they will give me a loaner car and take mine in until the problem is Solved. I have no problem with the service received at this dealership at all. More
