Since the moment I went in the dealer I had so many questions and I got all the answers, Stephanie was very warm and welcoming she make me feel important. I was going to buy a used car and actually because of life circumstances I got a New car that I wasn't expecting to buy. Stephanie is professional knows how to materialize the needs that you have when you don't have words to describe them. In the car that she help me chose I have found everything I was looking for. Excellent work, excellent offers!!!!! First of all, the service is great Stephanie did everything for us starting from the quality of the car finishing with a price. Secondly, everyone in the dealership if friendly. I have listened to Mr. Carrasco for a number of years through his many radio commercials and weekly AM640 auto show and through these mediums developed a very strong sense of his extensive vehicle knowledge, his unbiased opinions when asked for advice, and above all his integrity. So often, there are times when you might feel that way about an individual or a corporation until you meet them face-to-face and then you might end up disappointed or disillusioned ... NOT WITH THORNHILL HYUNDAI nor Mr.Carrasco nor his staff! The experience only became better when working with them in person. Dealing with Greg and Stephanie in the initial visit when we talked about a deal, we were very impressed by the standard of excellence and the helpfulness they demonstrated and provided. Once we had made our mind up and we went to finalize the purchase we met Carina Fullerton who completed the paperwork in the same comfortable, friendly manner; Carina was so calm and helpful and set you totally at ease ... all the paper was completed without any worries! Thornhill Hyundai and the three professionals we interfaced with made a lasting impression on us in terms of professionalism and the no-pressure approach; we would always be confident recommending this Hyundai store and their staff to family and friends. The worst "customer service" EVER! Please don't be fooled by some of the high ratings on here, they are either fake reviews by the dealership or are from new customers who have yet to e Please don't be fooled by some of the high ratings on here, they are either fake reviews by the dealership or are from new customers who have yet to experience the poor service. The day I purchased my vehicles from them, I had gone in to Hyundai just to look at my options and maybe test drive a few cars. Needless to say, I walked out of the dealership a few hours later with a brand new car. This is becaues the salespeople RUSHED and PUSHED me to purchase the car and also convinced me to buy the extended warranty for it. I didn't want to get the extended warranty, but they told me that if I didn't use the warranty, it would be refunded to me when the warranty period ended. It was a lie, they didn't pay it back. The second time I had a problem with the dealership was when they inspected my car before I left it for service. We did a walk around and they didn't find any scratches or dents on it (because there weren't any) and gave me the inspection report showing no marks of any scratches/dents. When I picked up the car, it had a huge scratch on the rear bumper and interestingly, their copy of the inspection report indicated that there were scratches on the car previous to them servicing it. This is Fraud! They changed the information on the report to make it seem as though the new scratches on the car had been there before. The service manager told me "good luck if you think we will pay to have your bumper fixed!". It's just as stupid as it sounds... what's the point of that inspection report that they give to people? Hyundai Canada asked me to go to the branch GM for a resolution. I'll update this review after seeing him... More

We had a very pleasant, unpressured discussion with Stephanie Gomes who took our "suggested offer" to whomever makes those decisions. She came back with a very negative message that there could be NO negotiation of the price because the car was so new. This response had never happened to us before at any dealership. We were ready to leave but were introduced to Greg Carrasco who took the time to rationally discuss the cost options and we came to an agreement on the new car. Stephanie was excellent in keeping in touch and explaining the car details. Overall, a good experience. More
