Worse customer servcice from staff When my lease came to end I went to Thornhill Hyundai to inquiry about a new car to lease. The person that I dealt with was "Afsheen Baig" First I tri When my lease came to end I went to Thornhill Hyundai to inquiry about a new car to lease. The person that I dealt with was "Afsheen Baig" First I tried calling her on the phone she wasn't talking to me properly and then I emailed her no respond and finally I walked into the dealership to talk to her in person for some reason she didn't wanna to sale me a new car and she was rude and disrespectful. She had no eye contact and always on her phone and trying to ignore me while I was talking to her and that made me feel so uncomfortable. I had a worse customer service experience from this person.
