They got the cars and out of nowhere I was promised a referral by the sales team. Its almost 7 months no reply. I didn't ask for it but if promised better keep it. After i talked to them they said the Top management doesn't care after the sale is done. TOTAL DISAPPOINTMENT. I just got my uncle a brand new santa fe from Nav Bhatis dealership in mississauga. AMAZING SERVICE. They also included winter tires with life time swap and storage at no extra cost. Its time for the Thornhill dealership to learn from your mistakes....If you take my advise don't deal with them as after the sale they Don't care. More
Thought it would have been better Thornhill Hyundai started off well - excellent response time, and Black Friday Deal with 1 year deferred payments + winter tires Non-commissioned emp Thornhill Hyundai started off well - excellent response time, and Black Friday Deal with 1 year deferred payments + winter tires Non-commissioned employees, means a low-pressure interaction. I requested a quote for a 2017 Elantra SE and 2016 Tucson Ultimate on 11/22/16 Admittedly I requested quite low prices, $22630, and $37137, respectively. Probably at or close to dealer cost, before adjustments/fees/taxes. I was informed that Thornhill could honour my price on the Elantra but could not defer for 1 year, and they miiight be able to do winter tires. They would not provide the factory discount of $750. For the Tucson, I was informed they could honour my price, but no factory discount, maaaybe winter tires, but could do 1 year deferral. First problem: The factory discount has NOTHING to do with dealer negotiations. To be told they are is misleading at best, a deliberate falsehood at worst. Do not make it out that the factory discount has any bearing on the dealerships profit. It does not. Second problem: The math does not add up. A 2017 Elantra SE from HyundaiCanada.com costs $28332, all-in. Thornhill was offering about $27770 all-in. A modest $562 discount, with no deferral, and maaaaybe tires. Not great, but nothing technically wrong with this. The Tucson quote was just terrible though. MSRP, a 2016 Tucson Ultimate, all-in, costs $41772. The Thornhill price, all-in, was about $44163. $2391 ABOVE MSRP? So, I was expected to pay $2391 for the privilege of deferred payment AND I wasn't guaranteed to get winters thrown in? I will not mention the salesperson, but I will give them the benefit of the doubt and say they did not run the numbers before presenting the quote to me. Third Problem: After quote follow-up: I did ask what the cost would be to get the Elantra with deferral and tires. I never received a call back. More

Never seen such bad custoner service like they dont know its because of customers they all have jobs. I had to deal with one of the finance managers who was really rude and made racial comments. I will never go back even if they give me a car for free. More
Not Useful, Do NOT use this Dealership Bought a 2013 Veloster from Thornhill Hyundai, get it serviced at Richmond Hill Hyundai, because the car was purchased from Thornhill and I bought ext Bought a 2013 Veloster from Thornhill Hyundai, get it serviced at Richmond Hill Hyundai, because the car was purchased from Thornhill and I bought extended warranty for the windshield and body of the car, any fixes to the windshield and body have to go through Thornhill. I have had the car for 4 years, I have not once put a claim on the extended warranty. A rock hit my windshield and to get it replaced I called Thornhill Hyundai and spoke with Eric Kim and was immediately told, before giving any specifics on the windshield, that my warranty does not cover the windshield being fixed and was questions as to why I think it does. It was only when I gave THEM the specifics of my warranty and told them this is something I purchased when purchasing the vehicle through THEM that he then asked for images of the windshield to be sent for assessment. The guy was basically calling me a liar before I gave him the information he should have already had. Horrible treatment of a customer trying to get vehicle service through a warranty. I wont do any service with Thornhill again. Richmond Hill Hyundai is miles ahead of this place in customer service. More
Horrible Back up and Dishonest Services unfortunately I didn't have the chance to try other dealership's service departments so far but doubt that it could be any worst! You end up paying l unfortunately I didn't have the chance to try other dealership's service departments so far but doubt that it could be any worst! You end up paying lots of money before you get the chance to get your car out. I have been offered services that was optional and mentioned to be unnecessary at that point ( related to brakes!) and rejected them. I have notice that brake fluid got much lower than what it was just an hour before taking the car for service. Long story short, they are there to ruin your car to gain coins! AVOID AVOID AVOID More

So far, everything I go there to fix something, they say it's not covered. Besides, I was told that I need to replace all my tires. I tried to call them several times and even left voice messages. No one responded back and every time I call them, the receptionist would connect me to service and phone kept ringing. Horrible service and wouldn't recommend them to anyone else now. More
Elantra 2016 I just bought a brand new Elantra 2016. The whole sales experience can be frustrating but Daniel was straight forward and made it an easy progress. I'm very satisfied and thankful to people working in the service department. Especially to Eric Kim and Jin Won Choi. They were absolutely responsible and tried their best for the service. Not honest with their used inventory I saw a vehicle on their inventory and called to make sure it was still available. I was interested seeing a few. When I got to the dealer!worship al I saw a vehicle on their inventory and called to make sure it was still available. I was interested seeing a few. When I got to the dealer!worship all of a sudden three were sold and the other one was at another dealership. Weeks later I saw another vehicle I liked, again I called in and was told it was there. When I had the salesperson name and told him I would be there within half an hour, a minute later he e mails me saying the vehicle just sold. But that there was another one but more expensive. I think their used inventory is false and used to lure people into their dealership. I just checked and all the ones I was told were sold are still there. Go figure! I think they are being totally dishonest. More
Worst in my 60 years U recommend to buy a SUV that was a lemon I hardly drove it. U depreciate $2000 for your problem not mine U sold me another SUV took away the war U recommend to buy a SUV that was a lemon I hardly drove it. U depreciate $2000 for your problem not mine U sold me another SUV took away the warranty and high interest rate. Like GREG says on his radio shows always never try to negotiate with Greg u always lose. Greg is the professional so I just threw away thousands of dollars extra with no warranty just like a use car salesman. Hope u happy u made your money. I will survive the $2000 u took from me and warranty and high interest rate. But Karma will get u back More
