REALLY BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE PURCHASED A USED SANTA FE IN APRIL WITH PROBLEMS THAT WERE NOT TAKING CARE OF BY DEALER. REAR SEAT HEATER NOT WORKING,REAR DOOR LOCK NOT WORKING,BROKE PURCHASED A USED SANTA FE IN APRIL WITH PROBLEMS THAT WERE NOT TAKING CARE OF BY DEALER. REAR SEAT HEATER NOT WORKING,REAR DOOR LOCK NOT WORKING,BROKEN REAR CUP HOLDER THAT WAS LIKE THAT WHEN I TEST DROVE IT.WAITED TWO MONTHS FOR CUP HOLDER TOOK A DAY OFF TO GET IT PUT IN.ASKED GM FOR MAYBE A COMPED OIL CHANGE AND GET THE BRAKES CLEANED UP SO THEY DO NOT MAKE NOISE.WAS TOLD BY THE GM IN THE MIDDLE OF HIS SHOW ROOM ON A FRIDAY MORNING THAT "HE WAS SICK AND TIRED OF PEOPLE ASKING FOR COMPENSATION" TOLD ME HE REFUSED TO AND WALK AWAY.WHEN I PICKED UP MY CAR THEY TOLD ME THAT THEY COULD NOT DUPLICATE THE SQUEALING, BRAKES WERE FINE.WELL DON"T THEY SQUEAL LEAVING THE DEALERSHIP PARKING LOT.TOOK IT TO ANOTHER DEALER HAD THEM CHECKED TOLD ME THEY ARE GLAZED.PUT A CALL INTO HYUNDAI CANADA SAID THEY LOOK INTO IT ALSO CALL THE PHAETON AUTO GROUP WHICH OWNS THAT DEALER HAVE NOT RETURNED MY CALL IN OVER A WEEK. Thank you for the most amazing experience Probably the one and only place I truly felt I was given quality service as I was looking for a new ride. Not only was the whole team so humble and down to earth but this was 100% an environment that made me feel not pressured into buying or making a decision about purchasing a car on the spot. Greg, Tara, Michael, I cannot thank you enough for making us feel comfortable yet happy with our purchase (2012 Santa Fe White SUV). These guys made even the paper work less stressful and did so much more for us compared to other places I have looked into buying. This place truly radiated that positive "gut feeling". You guys went above and beyond and out of your way to really make us leave this place smiling from ear to ear. I will not only be coming back in a few years when it is that time to trade in my vehicle now for a sport down the road but will always keep you guys in mind when it comes to referring friends and family. This company and whole entire staff unit deserves 5 golden stars (or more). More
Autotrader inquiry turned into nightmare. Saw a pre-owned SUV listed for 41,888 on Autotrader, after reviewing the ad I decided to email this dealership to get more info and come see the car. Saw a pre-owned SUV listed for 41,888 on Autotrader, after reviewing the ad I decided to email this dealership to get more info and come see the car. I received an email response from one of the "Relationship Managers" who set up and appointment for me to come meet him after work later that week, this is where everything starts to go downhill. The next day I went back to review the ad on Autotrader and to my surprise the price of the car has spiked up to 47,000 with no real explanation as to why. I promptly emailed the "Relationship Manager" back in bewilderment trying to get an answer to this change, first he told me "I believe that is a typo we have been having some issues with our website lately", (what does having issues with their company website have to do with Autotraders website?), so in a nutshell that excuse did not seem to have any merit. Then he proceeds to tell me in another email the reason for the price increase is because "My managers have decided to offer 0% for 48 Months on our Pre-Owned Units" this explanation really was concerning to me as this demonstrates that this dealership purposely skews the prices to rip off their customers. If you really do the numbers this 0% for 48months is not a deal at all, in fact the old price of 41k with standard interest nets you a better saving. Anyways he emails me back and mentions that he has spoken to his "manager" who will honor the initial price, and urged me to come and visit them. Now against my better judgement I talked myself to go visit them (biggest mistake and waste of time). I arrived and met with him, he seemed to keep dodging my questions and not really give me a straight answer, he kept side railing the conversation talking about things that are non related, needless to say after about 45 mins in, I have yet to get a straight answer on 1) What the trade in value of my car is 2) What the final price and term of their SUV will be. Oh and most importantly I have not even seen the SUV I came to see. After another 10-15 mins of running in circles talking about the value of my car he mentions that the standard "market valued" finance rate is 6.9% this is the same for all pre-owned, I mentioned to him that I have an excellent credit score, he said it didn't matter it was the standard rate. Which turned out to be a huge lie and scam, I just checked their website which clearly states "Financing rate as low as 3.67% on approved credit". Anyways he insists I talk to his "manager" and sign some documents so the "manager" can give me the best price for my trade it, note that I have yet to get any tangible information about the SUV or even see the SUV I came there for. I then met so called "manager" who I was blown away by how he was a manager, this individual was very unprofessional, he acted smug and arrogant. In fact 5 mins into my conversation with him I had already realized that I was no longer interested in doing any business with this dealership. It was clear to me that this person did not have any training in customer service. Then he tries to pull a fast one on me telling me he is giving me "the best price" for this SUV and when I added the numbers he presented me with it came up to over 60,000 dollars. At this point I was very infuriated at this dealership and their shady, undercutting antics to cheat thier customers, and I told the manager I was not interested. He then went on to try and act funny by making more smug and unprofessional remarks, at this point I just walked out. To summarize, avoid this dealership at all costs, they will lie, cheat and try everything to screw you over. More

Trying to be as respectful as i could, ended up sales person calling me, harassing for my husband's I had a very bad experience with this dealership. The biggest mistake i could ever make, was coming back to Hyundai for getting a new car, but unfortunately, being a loyal customer, does not mean anything neither to their sales team, nor to the management. If you ever decide to buy a new car, never consider this dealership. All their words and proposals related to the vehicle, has nothing to do with the reality. Be extra cautious, and think twice prior signing any papers, as everything will be used against you. More
