This qas finally dealt with through the help of Jack at Dougs place repai shop and through the help of a manager at goauto not through Team Ford. This while debacle put a very bad taste in my mouth and could have been remedied in a few days rather than 4 months. I will not be using Team Ford for anything going forward. The service staff are not helpful and lack of service and communication or response to my issues when none of this was my fault says a lot about this dealership. Im surprised to hear from you now after it was resolved by other parties.
