Rob Hansch - Excellent Service Received My ABS light, traction control and brake warning light all came on at the same time on my Lincoln MKZ and I called Team Ford and spoke with Sara Cross My ABS light, traction control and brake warning light all came on at the same time on my Lincoln MKZ and I called Team Ford and spoke with Sara Cross in the service department. Although this was short notice she managed to get me an appointment for the next day and when I arrived that night to drop my car off she already had a service loaner ready and waiting for me. The car was taken in the shop on the promised day and the problem was identified and fixed correctly. It was also a pleasant surprise when I picked up my car that they had washed it and had a gentlemen go out in the parking lot and bring the vehicle back into the service entrance to save me walking around the lot looking for it. As well it was also a very pleasant change when I paid for my work order bill that the exact price that I was quoted was the price charged - no hidden surprise's. More

Excellent Experience I recently called Team Ford to inquire about the new Ford Explorer. I had the pleasure of talking to Aaron Boyce. At first, I was just curious about t I recently called Team Ford to inquire about the new Ford Explorer. I had the pleasure of talking to Aaron Boyce. At first, I was just curious about the vehicle, but I was so impressed with Aaron's level of service and his offer to help me find what I was looking for that I decided to make some time that day and go in and see him. And he didn't let me down. He had 2 different Ford Explorer models ready and warmed up for me to test drive. I have purchased probably a dozen vehicles over my lifetime, but I have never purchased a vehicle on the first visit. But Aaron's honesty, integrity and hard work saved me precious time and they earned my business, and I purchased a new Ford Explorer that day which I am very pleased with. I would also like to put in a compliment for the manager, Jonathan Stoski. The place was super busy, and he took time to stop and greet me and make sure everything was going well. I've been in my vehicle for about a week now and Aaron texted me this weekend to see how things are going and if I needed help with anything. I own 2 mercedes vehicles but the service Aaron provided was unmatched. I would expect that from a Ferrari dealership. I would highly recommend you go in and see Aaron Boyce and Team Ford. More
