Absolutely amazing experience! I went to Team Ford looking to replace my caravan that had been written off. Since it was an accident, I really wasn't expecting to be buying anythin I went to Team Ford looking to replace my caravan that had been written off. Since it was an accident, I really wasn't expecting to be buying anything and I was extremely uncertain about what I wanted. Jay Sinkler was very patient with me and helped to narrow down and pinpoint what I really needed, over almost a week of my indecisiveness! We started with a shiny new truck which he was offering to me for a killer deal, however, I wasn't sure that I really needed all that.. So, he walked me through all of the used vehicles available within my price range and containing different features that I had actually decided on until we found the winner! Throughout the week I had a lot of opportunities to chat with many of the other salespeople who were all extremely friendly and helpful as well, among them the General Sales Manager David Vieira, who worked with Jay to make sure everything came together as smooth and easy as possible. I will absolutely recommend to all of my friends and return to Team Ford in the future for my vehicle needs, they definitely go above and beyond!!! More

Not good experience I went to Team Ford for buying Ford Edge , sales person willing to help me but that sales manager asked me to do something that's not possible. He wa I went to Team Ford for buying Ford Edge , sales person willing to help me but that sales manager asked me to do something that's not possible. He was not helpful with my trade in vehicle. He thought ,just we went to their showroom just for fun . Plz do not go this team Ford dealer for buying vehicle. They are not helpful people. Just they need only money ,no good service More

2016 Ford focus Had to order my focus titanium ,w when it arrived it had the wrong rims on it I specifically ordered the car with different rims on it. The salesman t Had to order my focus titanium ,w when it arrived it had the wrong rims on it I specifically ordered the car with different rims on it. The salesman then told me that I might have to take it like that and I told them no. The branch manager then try to talk me into having the rims that were on it plasty get a different color. I didn't care about the color I just didn't want those rims. It was then suggested that I help pay for the rims to which I thought I was getting in the first place. I got so mad I had to get up and leave and that's when the salesman came out and said that they were going to put the Rims on for free..??? I order the car with them in the first place!!!!!! This experience ruin the whole car buying experience for me will never deal they are again . It's almost as if they're pulling the old bait and switch. More

Kalvin P is the man to see! I walked into Ford unsure whether I even wanted to look into a new vehicle. I had previously spoken with Kalvin and he was quick to introduce himself I walked into Ford unsure whether I even wanted to look into a new vehicle. I had previously spoken with Kalvin and he was quick to introduce himself to me and get started on showing me exactly what I would be looking for in a new vehicle based on our previous conversations. He was pleasant, friendly, informative, and very knowledgeable. It was a far quicker process than I expected and an easy one at that! Within 2 days I was driving away in a brand new vehicle that I absolutely love! I would highly recommend Kalvin as your sales rep! You won't regret it! More
