Friendly people but very dishonest. The vehicle they had me test drive had not even been through a mechanical inspection so I was unable to drive it home the same day, but they lied and The vehicle they had me test drive had not even been through a mechanical inspection so I was unable to drive it home the same day, but they lied and told me the inspection report had not been "published" so wouldn't be able to drive home. Home being 4.5 hours drive by bus. The salesman I was dealing with quit communicating with me. No idea why. I dealt with the managers for the next week, they kept stalling on sending the inspection report. The actual inspection did not get done until 7 days after we had agreed on a price. The report contained noncompliance on the exhaust and ball joints, which they said was no big deal and would not be fixing. The back tires were ok, but the front ones were not, also something they did not want to replace. I finally cancelled the purchase. They wouldn't refund my $500 deposit until I got amvic involved. Just because someone is friendly does not mean they're trustworthy. More

AMVIC complaints filed after dealer failed to disclose mechanical and safety deficiencies before the transaction, charged undisclosed fees, and refused to release the vehicle to my shipper until I signed mechanical and safety deficiencies before the transaction, charged undisclosed fees, and refused to release the vehicle to my shipper until I signed a retroactive liability waiver, and will not provide original Bill of Sale and Registration so I can register the vehicle in Ontario. Costly mistake choosing Team Ford and Go Auto for a cross province purchase. I cannot register my truck. Dealt with General Manager Jamie Jasman and Sales Managers Moe Rahman and Hunter Jasman. Go Auto will not respond. Highly recommended not doing business with either company. More
