I recently purchased a 2025 Ford Tremor, Dealt with Dino, he was great, agreed on a price, confirmed by email, Dino confirmed, This was a cash purchase no financing, Then Dino turned over to Billy (who appar he was great, agreed on a price, confirmed by email, Dino confirmed, This was a cash purchase no financing, Then Dino turned over to Billy (who apparently does the final paperwork up) Billy tried to slip in a extra fee of $599.00, Dino then got involved as i was going to walk from the deal, then he removed it. I then permitted the vehicle to get it home, Then BIlly called me and told me i had to put full insurance on it for at least 6 months, This is not true, I can park it in my own building, and insure it when i am ready to use it. -Billy is very unethical in my view, Lied about insurance and tried to scam me for $599.00 -Dino was great -Pick a dealership who has trustworthy people More

Last couple of years Auto mechanic Mo taking care of my vehicles, in one word just awesome. Very efficient to finding out issues and fix with full confidence. Ripped off! Bought a $120,000 truck, got $40k for my old truck and it's listed for $60k. Drove 10 hrs each way and they had no room in the deal to even throw i. A tonneau cover. Dissapointed big time. Think twice!! More
Worst dealership experience to date. Truck took 7 months to arrive, paperwork was a nightmare with finance first tacking on $10,000 for their prepaid service and paint protection crap (w Truck took 7 months to arrive, paperwork was a nightmare with finance first tacking on $10,000 for their prepaid service and paint protection crap (which was then offered at half price down the road) and tried to use double speak to screw me out of $900.00 on my trade, so I left. Came back a couple days later to try again and now there was a random $600 charge put on the paperwork for a VIN etching fee (which I had removed early in negotiation and that time it was $500). Took delivery of my truck and it was scratched, had the wrong winter tires on it and was missing 2 dealer installed accessories. In the last month, nothing but xx and platitudes, but still nothing done to make me whole. AMVIC and Ford Canada are now involved. Go buy a Ford elsewhere, if they can screw around this much with a new vehicle, I'd hate to see what happens with used. Emails to higher management also go unanswered. I know the response from team Ford will be an insincere apology and a recommendation to contact higher management, but they've been on all of my communications to the dealership and have yet to do anything to respond More
