After making an appointment the day prior, spending 1.5 hours with a salesperson today, another sales person sells the same truck after taking the ke After making an appointment the day prior, spending 1.5 hours with a salesperson today, another sales person sells the same truck after taking the keys from the salesperson I was dealing with. I had just submitted an offer with my trade in and before anything else is done, my sales person comes back saying the truck sold 5 minutes ago. No organization, no communication amongst sales staff. Minimal to no effort made to resolve issue. Thought it was done there, two days later I find the same truck back on the website listed $7000 more. Gouging and lying. Rough. More

We just had our vehicle brought in as the remote start suddenly stop working and we are out of warranty but Team Ford service department as always are just simply amazing. Literally will never ripped you suddenly stop working and we are out of warranty but Team Ford service department as always are just simply amazing. Literally will never ripped you off in terms of money unlike other horrible dealership(charge you right away once they touch your vehicle!!). Team Ford NEVER does that at all(first hand experience)from the time we had our vehicle back in 2019 up until our 2nd they have always been the same. EXCELLENT people and their after-sales! Rob was the one we dealt with last time, no sweat in checking and fixing it like a lightning with no charge. Team Ford just know the decency when to charge and not when it comes to their valued customers. Others should start doing this, clients pay when we know we really have to and no questions ask. Know exactly what you say to the public, owned it like the first time you transact business to give satisfaction and a smile just like what Team Ford has been doing. I will always recommend this location!!! More
