I was contacted and told my truck was ready on Feb 2/2023 and told my truck was ready to go, so I went and picked it up on Feb 3rd/2023. When I got there NONE of the things on the list had been done . June 17th /23 I took my truck to the local Ford dealership for recall work, I also asked for a front end inspection as It had a shimmy. It was then discovered that upper and lower Ball Joints were bad. J**** was contacted Jan 21st/ 2023 and he promised me things would be taken care of as well as the "shield" and "detailing" , I was told the truck would be picked up right away and back before my wife gets back from vacation (June 16-29th) and a loaner left in its place. Upon my wife's return to AB the truck still hadn't been picked up. Lots of calls back and forth but still no service. The truck was finally picked up on July 22nd. I was then told by a Ford employee that I should look at the Mechanical Fitness Assessment . Then we discovered that we didn't have one in our folder. Again J**** was contacted and he said he would send it and after reviewing it we saw that the ball joints and mud guards were checked compliant. The only non-compliant thing was the windshield. We bickered back and forth about it then J**** said he'd eat the $1500 but that we would have to pay $500. We didn't want to pay it as we feel that the MFA was falsified , 3006km does not require replacement all the ball joints J**** then said that truck wouldn't be on the way until payment had been received , but it was now $1120.00 charged to our card. was supposed to come by 3pm on Friday, Aug 4th , then we were expecting 7pm. Then no one would answer their phones. Saturday Aug 5th we spoke to M** who got it delivered. No invoice, no receipt, no detailing and no windshield. Tues Aug 8th my wife contacted them again, M** was out for his wife having a baby(got out truck home) , so she spoke with T***** who said they have done all they are doing and she asked that the invoice and receipt be sent as we did not have them( they have still not been received )and that we would be contacting the BBB, We have text messages and emails to back this up Buyer BEWARE !!! Get an outside inspection to make sure you "Mechanical Fitness Assessment" hasn't been falsified out of the 3 sales people we spoke to, none were able to fix the issue now we still have a smashed windshield and it not been detailed either. More

Literally the worst shopping experience I've ever had. Bought a van, next day the check engine light comes on, take it back, days later it's "fixed", check engine light comes on again, take it back again Bought a van, next day the check engine light comes on, take it back, days later it's "fixed", check engine light comes on again, take it back again, over a week later they say the engine needs to be replaced, had to borrow and rent vehicles for a month because they "didnt have" any loaner vehicles, they wouldn't take the vehicle back and cancel the sale, only take it as a trade in AT A $3000 LOSS TO ME!!! No place would've even taken the van because the engine needed replacing, and they knew that so they took advantage of the situation. Had to buy another one and they refused to give any sort of a deal and charged me the price on the website for a van twice as expensive as the first on. Picked up the new one and a body panel is in the back and needs a part to put back on, the stow and go compartments were dirty and not vacuumed, there was a dirty work glove under the front seat. If this is an acceptable level of customer service and workmanship I will NEVER buy anything from Team Ford or Go Auto ever again and I will make sure to tell as many people as I can so they can avoid being taken advantage of too. Dylan and the used car manager should be embarrassed and ashamed of how they handled the whole situation. More
