Following up with my first review ever. I was told the manager would be contacting me but that never happened. I went to the dealership to talk to the person who first responded but she wasn’t there. My w manager would be contacting me but that never happened. I went to the dealership to talk to the person who first responded but she wasn’t there. My warranty was not honoured after a 3 day window and my mileage was well under the limit. The service department never scheduled me by the time frame only ever the mileage. If they would have scheduled my before the time cutoff I wouldn’t be concerned. All attempts to reach a resolution have failed. Promises to communicate with me have failed. I have since sold the truck and will never deal with this company ever again. I suggest everyone else be very cautious when dealing with this dealership. They just don’t care about single parents, pandemicss and have not follow through or integrity. More
