Good and effient We don't buy vehicles that often. we had our 2015 Ford Explorer for last 5 years. when the time came to get a new vehicle, we went to Team Ford and We don't buy vehicles that often. we had our 2015 Ford Explorer for last 5 years. when the time came to get a new vehicle, we went to Team Ford and Manny Nazari welcomed us with a big smile and about 30-40 mins later we are proud owners of a new 2020 explorer! Finally someone who did something I purchased my new F-150 around 5 month ago. The sales guy was far from great. His name is James. He never returned any phone calls and once my mon I purchased my new F-150 around 5 month ago. The sales guy was far from great. His name is James. He never returned any phone calls and once my money was handed over the service stopped. I noticed on the truck a small scratch on the drives door. James promised to get a guy to come out and buff it out. he said I will call you. Nothing even afterr going down to the dealership to confront him. Nothing. I returned to the dealership and talked to the Sales Manager Cory. He called me back and told me to be at the dealership at 4pm Friday afternoon. I went there at 4pm to find out Cory was not in and no one knew about the fix on my truck. No one would help me or even make a effort. This is when Martin Rosene heard me talking to another sales guy. He took matters into his hands and helped me out. He called the Fusion auto body and came with me to get the scratch fixed. He was awesome and if it was not for him nothing would have gotten done. Yet another waste of my time at the dealership. I will not return nor purchase anything from that place again. After you spend $70,000 this is the treatment I got. Horrible. Again a big hats off and a thank you to Martian being there for me. That dealership can learn from him and he was a god sent. Warranty not honoured in good faith for this ford fan. Scheduled warranty prior to mileage limit only to hear it was 3 days past it’s date limit. My schedule doesn’t allow for on the date expiring. I talked to 3 people and left messages and I had to call a forth time just to hear it was out of their control. A very poor excuse. All I wanted was my last service inspection, an oil change and for them to fix my tire issue properly which they still haven’t done to my satisfaction. No action. No resolution. Excuses. More

I had gone to Team Ford for maintenance on my F-150. He didnt ask why we were there. He just wanted to ensure we were comfortable. I am in the market looking at options. I REALLY like the Lincoln MKX and had my mind SET on that vehicle. Out of curiosity I approached the salesman (Marty) asking if I could purchase a vehicle from Koch there at Team Ford. He said he could. I am ALWAYS impressed with Team Ford! Marty showed my daughter and I the 2020 Ford Explorer ST. ... it's a comparable vehicle to what I'm looking for...and I fell in love with it! He got my daughter up in the passenger seat and was extremely patient with her and me! ... I will be making my purchase in the next 2 weeks.
