Warranty not honoured in good faith for this ford fan. Scheduled warranty prior to mileage limit only to hear it was 3 days past it’s date limit. My schedule doesn’t allow for on the date expiring. I talked to 3 people and left messages and I had to call a forth time just to hear it was out of their control. A very poor excuse. All I wanted was my last service inspection, an oil change and for them to fix my tire issue properly which they still haven’t done to my satisfaction. No action. No resolution. Excuses. More

I had gone to Team Ford for maintenance on my F-150. My 10 year old special needs daughter was with me at the time, we were waiting in the waiting area when a very sincere salesman asked my daughter and I 10 year old special needs daughter was with me at the time, we were waiting in the waiting area when a very sincere salesman asked my daughter and I if we wanted coffee & hot chocolate. He didnt ask why we were there. He just wanted to ensure we were comfortable. I am in the market looking at options. I REALLY like the Lincoln MKX and had my mind SET on that vehicle. Out of curiosity I approached the salesman (Marty) asking if I could purchase a vehicle from Koch there at Team Ford. He said he could. I am ALWAYS impressed with Team Ford! Marty showed my daughter and I the 2020 Ford Explorer ST. ... it's a comparable vehicle to what I'm looking for...and I fell in love with it! He got my daughter up in the passenger seat and was extremely patient with her and me! ... I will be making my purchase in the next 2 weeks.
