From our initial dealings with Dean researching the right vehicle for us, the test drive and purchase initiation with Pierre, to the ordering process with Clayton this was by far the easiest new vehicle purchase we have made. Anything that wasn't quite right was looked after right away and with no hassles. Our 2014 Durango was delivered a few weeks early, and all the accessories weren't in yet, but the staff in the parts dept and service were extremely adaptive, parts had our mudflaps in stock and when we went to book an appointment with service to have them installed, they had us bring it in right then and there! The ECM module was in stock also but hey didn't have a qualified tech on duty to install it or it would have been done then as well. If this is the level of service we can expect in the future we look forward to dealing with Southbank Dodge for a long time. More

He had a vehicle parked ready for us to look at, which was exactly what we were looking for and ultimately purchased. Andrew Duncan took us through the final paperwork and was instrumental in savings us a fair amount of money in facilitating the transfer/extension of our extended warranty/roadside protection which had been attached to our last van (written off). We arrived at 1300hrs and returned at 1830hrs to collect our van, most efficient. We were very pleased with the level of service provided by both men.
