He had a vehicle parked ready for us to look at, which was exactly what we were looking for and ultimately purchased. Andrew Duncan took us through the final paperwork and was instrumental in savings us a fair amount of money in facilitating the transfer/extension of our extended warranty/roadside protection which had been attached to our last van (written off). We arrived at 1300hrs and returned at 1830hrs to collect our van, most efficient. We were very pleased with the level of service provided by both men. All good, well worth considering this dealership for your next purchase! More

Gus was fantastic! Very honest and worked very well with me to try to reach a deal. Clayton, the General Sales Manager, spoke to me after Gus, and made me an offer that was very hard to refuse. I came back with my husband the following day for a test drive and spoke with Andrew Duncan, the sales manager who worked very hard to make the deal happen. I signed the papers that day! Also, I should point out that I also visited Dilawri Dodge and Car Canada. Southbank offered the best deal of the three places that I visited and I was actually laughed out of Car Canada and told that there was no way that Southbank was going to give me the deal that was presented to me. Well, I came back to Southbank and Gus (Andrew and Ryan) DID make the deal that was originally presented to me! The only complaint I have is that I would have liked to get 0% financing and a better return on my used car, but other than that, great experience! More

Decio listened to my needs and quickly identified a car in stock that met them. It was ready for pick up within 3 days, and he provided a courtesy car while waiting for the new car. I have a mobility disability and it is extremely important to me to have a car at all times. Rob Simpson arranged financing appropriate to my situation, and explained the maintenance contract options. I believe that I have the most appropriate extended maintenance plan for me. I needed some items in my old car and stopped by the next day to pick them up. Unfortunately I cannot remember the name of the man who helped me. He located the car and allowed me to pick the items up. One of them was my MTO disability sticker, so it was imperative that I get it. Upon pick up. Chris took significant time to explain and prompt me to use the operating features of the car upon pick up, and offered to help with understanding and using these features in the future. More

My visit was in response to the latest Chrysler promotion involving demo of new models and rewards from a "Wheel of Fortune". contest. I was served by Decio Menezes and Chris Simard. I am interested in the new Patriot, but since none was available I did my demo drive in a Compass. I was impressed by the performance and improvements over my current 2007 Patriot. In the past I have been hugely impressed by the overall outstanding performance of all concerned at Southbank. This is a dealer that is far beyond the norm for Chrysler and its competitors in the Ottawa area. I formed this opinion when I bought my Patriot in 2007 and I passed it on to the CEO of Chrysler Canada. My opinion was reinforced even though I was a victim of the '07 Patriot proving the point that one ought never to buy and automobile in its initial year of production. In this case the ball joints and tie-rod ends crap out at approx 30,000 miles. Although Chrysler would not compensate me for this at the time, later when I was dealing with Southbank manager, Mr. Guy Parker, on another matter as a goodwill gestgure he provided some credits towards future repairs and service for other items and I appreciated this. And it reinforced my positive opinion of dealing with an outstanding operation -- which in the end is all about outstanding people. And again, I compliment Messrs. Menezes and Simard for their work with me today. More

We came to Southbank after having been to another local Dodge/Chrysler dealership and had had a bad experience. If we knew of the service we were going to receive at Southbank before hand we would have go Dodge/Chrysler dealership and had had a bad experience. We have never received better and friendlier service anywhere for anything. He is the reason why this has been the most pleasant sales experience we've ever had. We wouldn't think twice about going back for a future vehicle, service or referring our friends and families. He went above and beyond our expectations. More
