We were very disappointed to discover the back hatch and light of our brand new Dodge van was not assembled properly causing the paint to chip off in the 1st week. The service was very good in promptly repairing however incredible this was not picked up during vehicle inspections. The back hatch door was not centred properly and one back light was not installed properly. We asked that the service dept. include this in our service record and repair any future rust in that area of the door - have not heard from them. We like the functionality of the van but hope the quality is there. Time will tell! More

2014 Ram 1500 5.7 HEMI I went into Southbank Dodge looking for a Ram truck V6, met with Cam and his first question was..."what are you going to tow?" I explained to him that I went into Southbank Dodge looking for a Ram truck V6, met with Cam and his first question was..."what are you going to tow?" I explained to him that at times it would be a 5th wheel camper as well a horse trailer with 2 horses. He advised me that it would not be strong and suggested that he a Ram 1500 5.7 HEMI 4X4 that was the same price. Cam helped me tremendously and needless to say I LOVE my RAM 5.7 HEMI, won't have any problems pulling what I need to pull. This was second purchase from them and I will continue to buy from Southbank. More

They told me to waste MY time going every where else get there best price and then come back and they will beat it. To earn my business give me your best price to wow me into committing don't expect me commit to anything without any idea of price before hand....the whole place seems like a bit of a joke to everyone there carrying them selves out in an unprofessional manner and telling me to waste my time elsewhere. They also have a terrible selection of vehicles...sure they have lots of rams and caravans but it's all the high end expensive models....terrible experience here More
