Love my compass almost as much as I love Southbank dodge! I traded in my 2011 Ford Fiesta and I bought a 2014 Jeep Compass North edition in March, and I still I Love it! He has since called me to confirm (Multiple times) that I am still satisfied with my purchase, I also worked with Bruce. He has bent over backwards working with me and my family. Bruce takes the meaning of service to the next level! Ala was very professional, and took the time to explain every last detail! The biggest reason I would recommend Southbank dodge ,Gustavo, Bruce, and Ala is because they made sure that the Compass was the right car for me. The dealership got to know me, and my needs. From our initial dealings with Dean researching the right vehicle for us, the test drive and purchase initiation with Pierre, to the ordering process with Clayton this was by far the easiest new vehicle purchase we have made. Anything that wasn't quite right was looked after right away and with no hassles. Our 2014 Durango was delivered a few weeks early, and all the accessories weren't in yet, but the staff in the parts dept and service were extremely adaptive, parts had our mudflaps in stock and when we went to book an appointment with service to have them installed, they had us bring it in right then and there! The ECM module was in stock also but hey didn't have a qualified tech on duty to install it or it would have been done then as well. If this is the level of service we can expect in the future we look forward to dealing with Southbank Dodge for a long time. More
