I found myself speaking with Gus Aliaga (he is my sales man that I have used for the past 3 cars) I found myself speaking with Gus and he told me this is the best time to buy. Gus has always treated me fairly and is a real pleasure to work with when I am in need of buying. This time was no different. Even though I thought I was not quite ready to part with my 2010 Dodge Caravan, I traded it in and now own a 2015 Dodge Journey! Thank you for helping me decide and making my experience a real Joy. First car made easy I was already leaning toward a 2015 Chrysler 200 V6 when I walked into Southbank, having been to a few other Dodge dealers to try it but hating the cu I was already leaning toward a 2015 Chrysler 200 V6 when I walked into Southbank, having been to a few other Dodge dealers to try it but hating the customer service I had, I went to Southbank on a Sunday afternoon, met Derek and tried it a third time. Granted, he was a little prickly but it didn't bother me as he still treated me with respect considering my youth unlike when I went to Dilawri who barely gave me the time of day because of that. I went back a few weeks later with my parents and he was very upbeat and treated us like old friends, he gave us a good deal on the car and that was that. The one downside was when we picked the car up there were a few mistakes on the bill of sale and it took a while to actually get the keys and leave as they were busy. My one piece of advice is to proofread documents a bit better but can't complain about customer service. Bassem was good as well. Keep up the good work guys! :) More
