A family member has owned three Diesel Rams. As his requirements grew in relation to upgrades, that meant that he required heavier payload truck. Therefore he progressed from a Diesel Ram 1500 As his requirements grew in relation to upgrades, that meant that he required heavier payload truck. Therefore he progressed from a Diesel Ram 1500, then to Diesel Ram 2500, then to "now" - his Diesel Ram 3500 Dually. All three of his Rams have performed flawlessly! Stating the obvious = he is a Diesel Ram fan! I have been watching and admiring his Diesel Rams from the sidelines for a while now. Now I am about to move into the Diesel world - with my first ever purchase of a Diesel Ram. That took me to Southbank Dodge. My first contact was with Simon, of whom was very helpful and provided me with the information I was looking for. Next was Brandon, who was very professional and very pleasant to work with. Brandon lead me into the purchase of my first Diesel Ram. We would rate Brandon's skillset and mannerisms at a level of "10", where "10" = "Excellent". Following that was our interaction with Chris, of whom was very helpful in guiding us through the required paperwork. In summary we need to say that we are very impressed with our first ever Southbank Dodge experience.
