I'M not going to call you as, I don't have time to waste anymore with your dealership. What I wrote was only half of the full story. But I was in contact with Derek originally, and I informed him that I was coming in. Once I enter with my wife and 9 month child, he was busy with another client, which wss no problem. But then I got another sales person I forget his name? He was nice. He then came back with I beleave was your finance manager young guy with glasses. We discussed and then they both left for like 30 min. My child was starting to get restless, I was just about to walk out, when they returned. They offered me the best deal they can so they say.... . So I said sorry I need a 2 dollars less, I would have signe2013 that day. Any way I ended going home after a terrible experience. The next day I got a better deal by 12dollars bi-weekly. Derek got anoying, he kept emailing me and calling my wife on the phone trying to match the deal we got. That's about the whole story quickly, biggest waste of my time, so unprofessional. I went else where to buy a car for my wife and my car is a 2005 and prob have to buy another. Car
