As soon as we might, he made me feel extremely comfortable, which was important to me. Derek was very well versed on the entire Jeep lineup and was able to answer every question I had (which were numbered) with ease. I left Southbank feeling very satisfied and truly felt that I had received the best deal possible. Derek was kind, honest, and funny. All of these characteristics turned me from pessimistic and nervous to relaxed and satisfied. Thanks Derek! P.S. the Wrangler is still awesome! More

First car made easy I was already leaning toward a 2015 Chrysler 200 V6 when I walked into Southbank, having been to a few other Dodge dealers to try it but hating the cu I was already leaning toward a 2015 Chrysler 200 V6 when I walked into Southbank, having been to a few other Dodge dealers to try it but hating the customer service I had, I went to Southbank on a Sunday afternoon, met Derek and tried it a third time. Granted, he was a little prickly but it didn't bother me as he still treated me with respect considering my youth unlike when I went to Dilawri who barely gave me the time of day because of that. I went back a few weeks later with my parents and he was very upbeat and treated us like old friends, he gave us a good deal on the car and that was that. The one downside was when we picked the car up there were a few mistakes on the bill of sale and it took a while to actually get the keys and leave as they were busy. My one piece of advice is to proofread documents a bit better but can't complain about customer service. Bassem was good as well. Keep up the good work guys! :) More
