Purchase of new Dodge Dart Our purchasing experience with Patrice Verret was excellent. He was ready to drive to our home half an hour away to deliver us the second key to the vehicule which was not given to us at delivery. (Patrice did not deliver the car to us, as he wasn't at work that day). Delivery of the vehicule on the other hand, was not the greatest. After signing the final paperwork, another salesman handed us the manual, the key (only one, being told in the beginning there was just one?, no real effort made to find the second one) and we were basically sent on our way, with no inspection of the vehicule, no description or demonstration of any features in the car, or even being asked if we had any questions. Had Patrice been the one to deliver the car, I'm sure the overall experience would have been great. I would recommend this dealership for its large inventory of vehicules, and specifically Patrice as a salesperson. More

Best Experience Yet I have purchased many new vehicles over the years but this was by far the best experience yet. I dealt with Decio to begin with, first by email, then I have purchased many new vehicles over the years but this was by far the best experience yet. I dealt with Decio to begin with, first by email, then in person. His first price was way better than what I was seeing from other dealerships. I dealt with Brandon for the test drive and to finish up with the paperwork. Surprise...no backroom discussions with the Manager, no coming back saying that he needs another $2K, just a face to face discussion about what they needed to do to make the deal, and when I told them, they said...OK! Really! Total time, about 30 minutes including the test drive. Then off to Al for the paperwork, and again absolutely no pressure to purchase anything additional. 2 days later, an on-time pickup of my new 2015 Jeep Rubicon Unlimited. First time I have purchased a vehicle where the total experience was absolutely great. Would definitely recommend! Lionel More

After an extensive search for the right vehicle and price for almost a month, we had to look  no further after visiting Southbank. We have dealt with several dealers over the years and with this purchase, hands down, this service was superior.  Ivan and Rami took the time to listen to what we needed and worked to find the right match. This is different from other dealers we approached who often attempted to suit their available vehicles to our (their) needs.  We never felt rushed or pressured and the frank, prompt and knowledgeable approach given to us at Southbank allowed us to feel comfortable to trust the advice we were given.  In the end, this worked out for both parties in coming to an agreement that was acceptable.  Paul showed us patience in working with our financial needs and pricing.  His time and effort was definitely the factor in finalizing our purchase.  He really did a lot to inform us about our loan agreement and find the right contract to match our needs. We had a strict budget to strive for and the service and advice provided in the manner it was given, allowed us to find the deal we were comfortable with.  Soutbank certainly have the right approach which fit perfectly into what we look for when making such purchases - service to customer.
