My sales representative Cam needed all but 10 minutes to assess my wants and needs and located my perfect match: a fully loaded 2015 Jeep Rubicon, he also helped me negotiate a killer deal! I am a new to the Jeep world and Cam was very helpful and extremely knowledgeable about the product, he pretty much knew everything about Jeep, from the evolution of the body style to the updates on the mechanical systems and engine. He was not a pushy sales person, he was a detail oriented product specialist. He made my purchase experience very stress free and relaxed. The financing process was a breeze as well, Ala Alqasem (the business manager) was very delightful to work with and very throughout. I will absolutely refer anyone looking for a Jeep to Southbank Dodge. More

He made the experience of test driving, negotiating, and ultimately buying our new car... fun! What a car buying experience ultimately should be! The following day, my husband and I discussed the need to also replace our other car - a Jeep Grand Cherokee, and we asked Tyler to help us out. Dodge Durango 2014 Traded up from a 2011 journey to a 2014 Durango. They did what they needed to do to get the deal, very cooperative. This is my third vehicle with this dealership and I see no reason I wouldn't go back for number 4.
