Jeep Grand Cherokee diesel Having had a soso experience at another dealer I gave Southbank the chance to match the price the other dealer offered. I dealt with Bruce Cameron and Having had a soso experience at another dealer I gave Southbank the chance to match the price the other dealer offered. I dealt with Bruce Cameron and Kiegan (forgot his last name-sorry). They were helpful and did what was necessary to make the deal smooth. They even took me and a car to my home so my wife could test it also. I got a very fair price for my trade. I appreciated that Clayton Chenier did not use high pressure tactics in dealing with the extras-rustproofing, fabric protection, etc. All in all it was a very pleasant sales experience. My only issue was that once I bought the car, I paid for roof rack cross bars to be installed the next day. Unfortunately the person that installed them must not have read the instructions, because they were backwards and missing a key piece, making them extremely loud while driving. In correcting this the dealership did give us some fair compensation for our troubles. If not for this minor service issue, I would have given a rating of 5 stars. More
