I would advice and make an appointment as this dealership is quite busy! Also, make sure you read your bill of sale carefully before signing as we almost had to pay an extra 2500$ in insurance that we already had.... More

A Pretty Good Experience I bought both my first and my second cars (2008, 2015) from Southbank. I am quite satisfied with the cars and the services. The car I have now is a Dodge Grand Caravan 2015. I actually walked in the dealership place intending to repair -just repair- my old car and ended up buying a brand new one after I met Mr. Kiegan Harper. Kiegan is by far the nicest salesperson I have ever dealt with. He is definitely an honest person who would tell you the truth always. Kiegan's honesty made all the difference and made my car purchase pleasant experience. I would totally recommend him as a professional, honest, nice, and informative salesperson. Generally speaking, my experience was a pretty good one. More

Buying a New Car Shouldn't Be This Painful! I'm not sure there is enough space to fully explain my experience. I originally selected Southbank Dodge based on dealer reviews online. Despite being I'm not sure there is enough space to fully explain my experience. I originally selected Southbank Dodge based on dealer reviews online. Despite being the highest rated in the Ottawa area, I've had a terrible experience. 1 - Sales experience was mediocre. Charlie is a nice guy, but didn't add much value in explaining the features of the Jeep. However, we already had a good idea of what we wanted, so we didn't need much selling. The finance guy was more knowledgeable about the vehicle and provided the greatest value. 2 - Post Sale Service - Here's where it starts to go off the rails... When we picked up the brand new Jeep, we noticed scratches on the hard top. We pointed this out and they took pictures (remember this) and said we could bring it make and they would take care of it. We make an appointment to bring it back about a month later to fix the hard top and also flash the computer (we added some stuff). When I arrive, nobody knows anything about the hard top. Even Bobby, who took the pictures (remember the pictures), doesn't remember! He says "Do you know how many pictures I take? Do you know how many cars I see?" Really? What is the point of taking pictures!!! On top of that, they were supposed to have a loaner car available and did not have one, so they had to scramble to find something. 3 days later, we get the Jeep back and can still see scratches through the touch up job. So, I sit here in service during my third visit where they are supposed to replace the hard top. True to form, when I arrive for a scheduled appointment, nobody knows what I'm actually here for or what the plan is for the hard top. On top of that, I was also informed that what was supposed to be a 1-1.5 hour appointment may actually take a couple of hours - just to take the hard top away and put on the soft top. Still no confirmation on when the hard top may be replaced... The new car buying experience really shouldn't be this painful. More

Awesome staff My first time buying a car and with being only 23 they treated me just as professional as anyone else. Their hours are great as they are open until 9 My first time buying a car and with being only 23 they treated me just as professional as anyone else. Their hours are great as they are open until 9 everyday including Sunday. When I first messaged about the car that I was interested in, it was around 8 pm on a Sunday, I recieved a call from their sales associate prince hijazi not even an hour later. Prince made the process so easy as I live an hour out of town and he even took the car down to my own town to let my mechanic look it over, this would of been an hour drive both ways plus the time for my mechanic to see it. I wasn't able to see the car in person until 3 days after I had first messaged about it, and they were able to hold the car with a small deposit, and Prince answered every question about the car that popped into my head through those 3 days. After the sale was final, they had it ready for me in 2 days and betweeen then they were just as good with answering my questions. Both my boyfriend and I have now switched dealerships from our home town to southbanks, for service repairs and everything else. Thanks to the awesome staff at southbanks we are now loyale customers. P.s. My boyfriend bought a car the day I picked mine up, not planning to, just because of how awesome the staff is and the great deals they gave him. More

He always provides consistent, knowledgeable and helpful advice in a most professional, courteous and friendly manner. In addition, he always follows up throughout the life of the vehicle to ensure that it is performing as expected, and that the customer is totally satisfied. I would have no hesitation in recommending Mr. Noble to anyone I know. I am certain they will receive without doubt the best service possible that they can receive in purchasing a new vehicle. More
