terrible My husband tried to buy a vehicle from this place and had the worst experience I've ever heard of from a dealership! We have told our friends and fami My husband tried to buy a vehicle from this place and had the worst experience I've ever heard of from a dealership! We have told our friends and family about how they backed out of a deal because they had to travel to deliver the vehicle even though we were already told the deal was a go and they are all floored at how this company dealt with the situation! The bill of sale was typed up and everything! They knew they had to travel, we knew the price it cost and it was agreed upon! The day it was to be delivered they decided not to send it, without informing us i might add! Only found out because the hubby contacted them wondering when the car would arrive!!! Who backs out of an almost 30,000 deal?!?! Worst experience ever! My husband was extremely accommodating with any info they needed, money down, etc... in return? People who don't return calls, improper paperwork, financing, and communication! Such a joke! Never been so furious with a company! I would not recommend this place to anyone! Prince was fantastic though, only positive experience there. We were looking forward to this new car and extremely excited and then to be told nope, we changed our minds? Ignorant! More

Tyler introduced himself the following morning as my wife and i were greeted with pleasure and smiles all around . We narrowed down to the options and colours we were looking for . Tyler offered us his best opinions and was attentive to our needs. Bought a 2015 grand caravan sxt 30th aniversary for our growing familly .
