I met Stan several years ago when I roamed into the showroom whilst my vehicle was being serviced. Thereafter, he was quite diligent in calling almost monthly to inquire about the well being of my ancient car & to see if I might consider dropping in to see what was available. I resisted until this spring when the economics of keeping my faithful car no longer made sense! Of course, I thought of Stan immediately, trusted him & dropped in to see what was available - first in used & then in new inventory. What a fantastic experience I recently got discharged from Bankruptcy and had been hanging on to an old Pontiac Grand Am that was slowly falling apart and I was getting scared to I recently got discharged from Bankruptcy and had been hanging on to an old Pontiac Grand Am that was slowly falling apart and I was getting scared to drive it. I knew my credit rating sucked thanks to the Bankruptcy but new I had to do something about my vehicle or I'd be busing it to work. I went in to Southbank to look at a few used vehicle that were hopefully in my price range depending on financing options. Well I met with the sales manager and a sales rep and explained my situation. Right of the bat they were very sympathetic to my situation and we talked about a couple of options. They then introduced me to Paul Curry one of the finance specialists and talked about a couple of different scenarios that might play out. Just being out of bankruptcy non of which looked too appealing. Paul told me to leave it with him and he would see what he could do. The following day I went back to the dealership and sat down with Paul, he showed me the financing options that he got approve for the used Dodge I had been looking at, and then he took me outside and showed me a brand new Chrysler 200 LX and said what about this. I laughed and said there's no way, the Dart was barely in my price range so there's no way I could afford that. He then took me back inside and showed me the financing options on the new Chrysler.and it actually worked out to be slightly less than I would be paying for the used Dart. I was blown away. Unless I'd seen it on paper I wouldn't have believed it. I'm now the proud owner of a brand new Chrysler 200 LX and love it. I can't say enough about the team at Southbank and what they did for me. There was no pressure, just very friendly helpful people who kept my needs in mind and were able to keep me within my budget. I would recommend Southbank to anyone based on the service I received from them, and if you're in a financial jam like I was I would say that if anyone can do anything it's the team at Southbank. More
