RUDI, however, was very good and we liked his low key approach. There are too many sales managers/assistant sales managers hovering around giving you disengenuine high 5s. A transparent approach is the best approach. Everyone knows the dealership holds all the cards. So the customer feels at a disadvantage right away. Of course the dealership wants to make the sale and is entitled to make a profit. However, the sales team should tone down the hipe and turn up the professionalism. More
