I knew what I wanted (2015 Jeep Wrangler Unlimited Sahara with max tow package - for hauling a horse trailer) and what I wanted to pay and Southbank did everything to provide that. All of my questions were answered and contrary to the stereotype that women get either ignored or cheated when buying cars, I found that it was recognized and accepted right away that it was my purchase and they dealt primarily with me (my partner has his own car). I'm sure knowing what I wanted helped but I didn't feel disrespected at all......quite the opposite! For me, customer respect is paramount. If you are in the market for a Jeep in Ottawa, consider seeing Gus at Southbank! On the finance side, Sharon was also wonderful. I recommend her to anyone. She was so professional and helpful and made sure we got the best financing arrangement possible to fit our needs. Again, all of our questions were answered promptly and completely. Take, for example, young Joey, advising us in buying a Jeep. We are not an easy customer, not at least that I have Ph.D. in science and it is my habit to poses difficult questions. Joey never lost patient or was pushy to conclude a deal. We got the impression that he rather worked for us than in the interest of the company. So, after 2.5 hours we had a deal that was very satisfactory to us. To conclude the financial aspects, we then talked to Ala the business manager. What a nice experience. He described several warranty options and auto body protection measures. When we declined this and that he never came back to pressure us or used sweet talk to reconsider.
