He is the easiest salesman to negotiate prices and make deals with. We are very glad that Khalid was our salesman, we haven't met anyone like him at all in the city. We definitely recommend people to Khalid but also Southbank Dodge. The financial manager too, Rami, is a very respectful man and listens to your needs and re assures you! Chris is very professional and methodical and very good to deal with. The process initially was a little lengthy which was frustrating but the end result was very good. The best car buying experience I've had I have purchased quite a few cars, both used and new, over the course of the last 25 years. In almost every case, I felt like i was being pressured i I have purchased quite a few cars, both used and new, over the course of the last 25 years. In almost every case, I felt like i was being pressured into buying something I didn't need, or want. At Southbank, it wasn't like that. I told them what i needed, and they gave me the best deal they could on exactly that. I went away for a few days to ponder, and i returned and purchased the vehicle. At no point did my phone ring off the hook looking for an update, or trying to tell me the deal would expire if i didn't come in today. To make things even better, they offered to look at my truck, a 2014 Ram 1500, and fix a couple of things the dealer i bought it from was giving me a hard time about. They fixed them all. They even offered to sell me a pre-paid maintenance plan for my truck at the same rate they had offered it to me on the Jeep...peace of mind, that's what i have gotten from these guys. The people are happy, fun to be around, and they do everything they can to make the experience pleasant. More

If this is the new management Team at Southbank... I like this direction quite a bit...keep it up.
