Our sales rep (Armando) was laid-back and super helpful, no pressuring or probing questions that made us uncomfortable; and he really took the time to lay out all our options and didn't try to keep the prices as a secret (like some do). The manager that we dealt with to close the deal (Paul) was very accommodating and really did everything he could to answer our many questions and ensure we were satisfied.
