He changed my car buying experience from very unpleasant (from Oakville) to very positive one. There was no hassling, he was real helpful and got me out the door by 2pm. If this is the new management Team at Southbank... I like this direction quite a bit...keep it up. Need a used vehicle without any pressure or B/S ?? look for Armando at Southbank....need a truck that can take you to Syracuse N.Y and back in just over a 1/4 tank of diesel (28.4 miles to the gallon) Buy a Ram Eco Diesel.
