Friendly knowledgeable sales staff I went to look at a new dodge caravan and was greeted by 2 knowledgeable and friendly employees that helped the selection process towards a new van. O I went to look at a new dodge caravan and was greeted by 2 knowledgeable and friendly employees that helped the selection process towards a new van. One individual was a Chrysler employee and the other was Armando. Armando was very helpful in helping us find the vehicle with the options we were looking for. After selecting the particular vehicle negotiations went well, moving much quicker than I have experienced in the past. Thanks to Bill for making this happen. After agreeing to the pricing and terms, we agreed to pick up the vehicle a week later (we were going out of town and couldn't come back sooner). On the day we were going to pick it up however the vehicle wasn't ready and I got a call from Chris shortly before we were to pick it up asking for a slightly later pickup time. I had another appointment and therefore needed them to honor the original time. When we picked up the vehicle it wasn't ready but a note was left with service that we will come back to have the leather and paint protection done later....an hour or so needed to do both. The closing details of the sale went quick. Chris was very helpful explaining the different options that we might also want to consider. So the purchase experience was good. I would however have given them 4 stars had it been completely ready when we agreed. Read the next review from me on the follow on apt. With the service department..not impressed at all. More

However, Mark Hall found me a used dodge ram that had everything I wanted and more at my price. Even though I know he lost out in commission. I drove many vehicles and used up a lot of their gas, but they never complained or hurried me along. I was very impressed. There was no pressure to buy.. They were more like.. drive it.. see if you love it then we will make a deal. Bruce was great as well. He is the manager and he came out when my feathers were ruffled.. Was helped before i walked inside and walked away happy When I arrived at south bank I knew what i wanted. When I parked my car and walked to the building i was greeted by Andreas, he helped us out that day When I arrived at south bank I knew what i wanted. When I parked my car and walked to the building i was greeted by Andreas, he helped us out that day. I was greeted by other staff when entering the building and felt welcomed. I told Andreas what I was looking for and that I had seen a jeep on their website. He was fast to get the keys to take it for a test drive and off we went. When I came back I wanted to talk about the price of the vehicle. He was very helpful with knowing what my budgets was and explaining everything in great detail. He then suggested other options and other jeeps they had available in my budget. We then took another wrangler for a test drive and he gave me great advice on buying a new vehicle to a year old vehicle. At the end of the day we decided to go with the first wrangler I had saw on line and we worked on a price to fit a bit more with my budget. I then met Bruce, which he was very nice and helpful as well. We agreed upon a price and made it a deal. I was in a rush at the time and they helped move thing along even faster when meeting Rami in the finance office who also was very helpful and explained a lot to me. I was not pushed to buy anything that day I was only welcomed by friendly staff and all my questions and needs were met. Big thanks to Bruce and Andreas and Rami for all their help, I was happy to do business with them as they still are very nice and helpful when ever I need anything from them to this day. More
