The experience from the start was great, I met Michael (Mike) and explained what I wanted and we test drove the Wrangler 75th anniversary edition......I knew straight away that this was the Jeep for me! Mike was a great sales person to deal with, no high sales pressure, was very patient and was able to answer the 100's of questions I had for him on the Jeep! I was then introduced to Decio and again was a great individual to deal with and we were able to agree on a deal fairly quickly for both the new purchase and the trade in. Oday in finance was very professional, there was no pressure selling, explained the options available and made the whole experience fairly easy. Thanks for making the experience of buying a car very simple, with no sales gimmicks, working with individuals who care what they are selling and conduct themselves in a professional manner. More

I have never shopped in Ottawa for a vehicle and were pleased when we were promptly met by Dan who took us for a test drive. Although Southbank had the vehicle we had previously test drove in Cornwall we were not pleased with the color selection of the model we preferred. Bruch promptly joined us and while discussion our must haves and differences between all the Jeep selection Bruce showed us a great Overland in the Brownstone color my husband preferred. This vehicle had wow factor and we were both immediately pleased with all it's features. thank you More

Friendly knowledgeable sales staff I went to look at a new dodge caravan and was greeted by 2 knowledgeable and friendly employees that helped the selection process towards a new van. O I went to look at a new dodge caravan and was greeted by 2 knowledgeable and friendly employees that helped the selection process towards a new van. One individual was a Chrysler employee and the other was Armando. Armando was very helpful in helping us find the vehicle with the options we were looking for. After selecting the particular vehicle negotiations went well, moving much quicker than I have experienced in the past. Thanks to Bill for making this happen. After agreeing to the pricing and terms, we agreed to pick up the vehicle a week later (we were going out of town and couldn't come back sooner). On the day we were going to pick it up however the vehicle wasn't ready and I got a call from Chris shortly before we were to pick it up asking for a slightly later pickup time. I had another appointment and therefore needed them to honor the original time. When we picked up the vehicle it wasn't ready but a note was left with service that we will come back to have the leather and paint protection done later....an hour or so needed to do both. The closing details of the sale went quick. Chris was very helpful explaining the different options that we might also want to consider. So the purchase experience was good. I would however have given them 4 stars had it been completely ready when we agreed. Read the next review from me on the follow on apt. With the service department..not impressed at all. More

I was looking for my dream car, a 2016 Jeep Wrangler Unlimited and every dealer I went to would tell me it'd be impossible to find at the price I want I was looking for my dream car, a 2016 Jeep Wrangler Unlimited and every dealer I went to would tell me it'd be impossible to find at the price I wanted it, as it was late in the year. Brandon and his team managed not only to find me my dream car, but they found an extremely rare version of it.. the 75th anniversary edition. Such a beautiful car, and I'm in love with it. Extremely easy and comfortable experience, would recommend them to anyone interested in buying a Jeep. More
