I was wrong - Brandon and Bruce were attentive and informative and - the part that impressed me the most - they realized that I needed to make the decision in my own time. No pressure. So 2 days later, despite Brandon's old sad chairs, I was back - and purchased a 2017 Wrangler Sahara Unlimited that day. Thank you Brandon, Bruce and Ivan. AMAZING AMAZING AMAZING Experience !!!! After a disappointing experience at a local Pembroke Jeep Dealer, my friend and I went to Southbank Dodge Jeep. I purchased my original 2010 Jeep Wra After a disappointing experience at a local Pembroke Jeep Dealer, my friend and I went to Southbank Dodge Jeep. I purchased my original 2010 Jeep Wrangler Sahara Unlimited from them and was completely satisfied. Brandon and Bruce were amazing to talk with and make a deal with. They were attentive and personable. My friend also got the information she needed to help her make a new vehicle decision without feeling any pressure from either Brandon or Bruce. Likewise Christopher was professional, personable and very knowledgeable without being "pushy". Two days after I purchased my new 2017 Wrangler Sahara Unlimited my friend came back with me and she purchased her own 2017 Wrangle Sahara Unlimited! Respect and work towards meeting family needs Their sales staff took the time to listen to our families unique transportation needs and matched the right vehicle! We loved our Grand Caravan SE but Their sales staff took the time to listen to our families unique transportation needs and matched the right vehicle! We loved our Grand Caravan SE but we have two children with unique developmental disabilities. In our new Grand Caravan STX we no longer need to put up a barrier between the front and rear seats as in the bucket seats my teen who is non verbal can no longer pull my arms to get my attention while I am driving. There is room to store a manual wheelchair behind the third row seats. The DVD player and side windows that can be lowered make it more pleasant for him when stop to make errands in places where he needs to wait in the van due to mobility or sensory input issues at those locations. The hands free cell phone option ensures that I don't miss calls from medical professionals that can be difficult to reach if I need to call them back. My wife who sits in the back with my son to care for him is much more comfortable in a bucket seat and has her own environment temperature controls. The tinted windows help minimize sensory input issues with bright light. From a driver perspective the backup camera really helps as the wheelchair obstructs my view when backing up. The automatic sun visor makes not having to adjust the mirror a nice feature. For some families extra options are just a luxury but to our family they really make a difference. I would go as far as to say they improve the lives of our special needs children. I am grateful for the combined effort of their team that made this purchase possible. More
