For a brand new vehicle purchase off the lot it took the team less than 2 days for me to drive off the lot. I am very pleased with the Service at South Bank Dodge and I look forward to the many years to come with them. The Sales by Armando was impeccable. He managed to save me a grand margin on the cost of the vehicle. He also got me into the vehicle not only of what I needed but what I preferred. He goes out of his way to do anything for his customers and that is rare for sales these days. South Bank Dodge treats you like family and makes you feel welcome at all times. If you prefer to get a good price on a new vehicle and excellent service this is a must place to check out. Mike Neville was my adherent advocate when it came to this sale. Most terrible experience shopping there I would like to warn any customers from going to that Chrysler Dodge on South bank... We had the most terrible experience over there. We were pressur I would like to warn any customers from going to that Chrysler Dodge on South bank... We had the most terrible experience over there. We were pressured to put a deposit so that they can hold the deal for us. The same night after puting the deposit, we realized that we were pressured into this and we wanted our money back. It was a big mistake that we left a deposit in the first place..lesson learned, never leave a deposit at a dealership when pressured to do so even if they tell you we can only hold a deal if you put a deposit. We talked to them the same night (just an hour later) to ask for our deposit back and it was the most terrible experience to get our Money back. The next morning we had to call and talk to 5 or 6 sales managers over the phone to get our money back, we wasted an entire day. The first sales manager I talked to that morning portrayed that he was going to look into it and give me back a call. Well he never did and I had to call 4 or 5 times as he said to me over the phone later that day.. He is one of the most rude, disrespectful, unprofessional sales manager I have ever talked to in my life. I have checked his name below. As much as that experience was terrible, he was by far the worst in that terrible experience (Bruce)...I have never dealt with such an insulting, rude person in my life as much as that Sales Manager mentioned above... He yelled at me and said:'I will continue to yell at you for another 7.5 hours while I am enjoying my cup of coffee'...To legitimize his rudeness and unprofessionalism, he accused me of yelling at him just because I was frustrated and firm and I said 'I want my money back, period'..I also said you have been running me around for an entire day to get my deposit back..Please note that we never signed a lease contract with this dealership, it was just a deposit to hold the deal for us (which was a big mistake on our sideside - never ever leave a deposit under pressure that the deal will be gone if you don't).I finally had to hang up on that Sales Manager (Bruce) because I couldn't take the insult anymore. My husband finally was able to get his deposit back by talking to another Sales Manager (Patrick) who tried to intimidate my husband saying to him: "we will know if you go somewhere else"....I have never seen such unprofessionalism in my life.... it is a customer's right to choose where they want to go...how dare can a Sales employee says that to a customer and infringe on his right to shop wherever he wants. To everyone who thinks or considers going there, we have had the most terrible experience there. I would never recommend that dealership to anyone. More
