Great staff who ensured I got exactly what I wanted! Riad was amazing! He was helpful and eager to help me figure out what the right vehicle for me would be. As my 10 year old Caliber was getting inspect Riad was amazing! He was helpful and eager to help me figure out what the right vehicle for me would be. As my 10 year old Caliber was getting inspected, Riad spent his whole afternoon helping me navigate all the vehicles and options available to me. When the vehicle I liked on the lot lacked a couple things I wanted, Riad and his sales manager found a way to get me almost everything on my wish list. Including sending the rims out to get powder coated black! Chris Desjardains in finance was also great, and even threw in a Ram hat for my husband when he asked. Riad, Chris, and the team were especially awesome when it came to a hiccup with being able to pick up the vehicle on time. When we expressed our disappointment, they worked hard and employed out of the box solutions, then staying late to ensure I got it that day! As we left, we noticed the tire pressure gauge was reading as all tires low, and although it was explained to us that that can be normal on a new vehicle, another employee volunteer to check the tires as the service department was closed. Sure enough, they were fine, but Riad still called up the following Monday to ensure the sensor had turned off (it had). I really dislike sales people that are too pushy, agressive, or tell you what they think you want/need. Riad was none of those things! A really genuine guy who put up with my vacillating and uncertainness all afternoon until he found me the perfect vehicle! Thanks Riad and team! More
