I took my Dodge Grand Caravan van in for a break job and caliper issues, in August. The issues with the breaks and caliper were quickly identified by Rejean Laplante, who provided very clear and detailed explanations. Not only did she listen to my wants and needs but she also gave me a fantastic deal! The cars at Southbank priced more competitively than any others of the same make and model that I could find, but more importantly I knew I could trust her that the car would be in excellent shape. To me, that's the most difficult part of buying a car--knowing who to trust. Jeannie is as trustworthy as you will find. If you ask her a question she isn't sure of the answer to, she finds someone who does have the accurate answer instead of BSing you like many other salespeople do! I've recommended her to literally every friend/family member I've known who was in the market for a new or used car, and I haven't once had a single one come back to me with a complaint. If you're looking for a great buying experience, look no further! More

Oil change and $200 in damage! I went in recently to have an oil change, tire rotation, and routine inspection on my 2013 Dodge Challenger. I made an appointment for 7:00am and ende I went in recently to have an oil change, tire rotation, and routine inspection on my 2013 Dodge Challenger. I made an appointment for 7:00am and ended up waiting until 11:00 to leave! It wasn't for two hours until they came by to ask if I wanted my tire patched, as there was a small nail in it, and another two hours before I was able to take my car back. The worst part, however, is that they used air tools to replace my wheels instead of torque wrenches (which are the industry standard) and they stripped eight lug nuts and crushed two more; I couldn't even fit a 22mm socket on the lug nuts after even though they are a 22mm size! On top of the $120 for an oil change and tire patch (which can be done for less money at other Dodge dealerships), I am now faced with a cost of $200 ($20x10) to replace my damaged lug nuts with stock pieces. The only funny thing is that I wouldn't have noticed this as quickly if they hadn't told me on the receipt to check the torque specs on the lug nuts when I put on winter tires. Hopefully they'll start checking their own torque specs before they start putting on winter tires. More

He was very cheerful, seemed genuinely happy to be taking care of us, made us feel like valued customers. He answered every question we had patiently and made sure we were satisfied every step of the way. We also briefly interacted with Bruce (I believe he's the sales manager), who was also very friendly. The only downside to the whole experience was the finance person. She seemed very anxious to get rid of us once we indicated we would neither be financing nor getting any extended warranty. It was the exact opposite experience with her that we got with Jesse. Again, overall the experience was very good, we're very happy with our vehicle and would recommend this dealership. More

You guys were so friendly, fun, respectful, knowledgeable and just went above and beyond. You listened to my wish list but also helped me select the right vehicle for my needs. Above and beyond I was stranded with 2 children when my fob wouldn't open the doors to my van. Even though I didn't get my van from them, they cut me a key, drove it t I was stranded with 2 children when my fob wouldn't open the doors to my van. Even though I didn't get my van from them, they cut me a key, drove it to me and let me come back and pay for it. Fast, friendly and extremely helpful. Dan called after to make sure all was well.
