Great Customer Service Jeannie Rombough was amazing! She was busy with another customer when we first arrived but still took the time to approach us and let us know that as Jeannie Rombough was amazing! She was busy with another customer when we first arrived but still took the time to approach us and let us know that as soon as she or someone else was available they would come and answer any questions that we may have. She then asked if we were looking for new or used and directed us to the appropriate area so that we could look around while we waited. When she was free she not only made herself available but actually came to us outside (despite the fact it was almost 40 degrees!) to help us out. She was never pushy and we never felt pressured. We came in with a pretty good idea of what we were looking for and she helped us along without trying to talk us into something we didn't really want. My husband works and hour and a half outside of the city and I usually work evenings, so finding a time that we could both get out to look for a new car was becoming a bit of a challenge. Considering we initially only came to Southbank because they happen to be open Sunday's, they made such a positive impression that when it comes to upgrade again, we will definitely be back! More
