A good start So after giving up on a closer dealership I went to Southbank simply because they had the top rated service rating on Dealerrating.com Turns out th So after giving up on a closer dealership I went to Southbank simply because they had the top rated service rating on Dealerrating.com Turns out that they have it for a reason. While their service people aren't as entertaining as the other place I was going, I suspect that's because they don't have to keep angry customers distracted and that's fine with me. They fixed my car in a timely fashion, gave me honest advice on some car problems, charged me a reasonable amount of money and I didn't have to keep going back to get them to do it right. Also, my shifter and steering wheel weren't filthy dirty when I picked the vehicle up. This type of service is harder to find than you would think. More

Dishonest salesman Went in yesterday to look at SRT 392 Challengers. Agreed to a test drive with a different salesman.
