We have waited 10 months for our Corolla Cross and it finally arrived this week. When we arrived at the dealership, Zak Bhanji, the Sales Manager, showed us a COMPLETELY different agreement to what we si finally arrived this week. When we arrived at the dealership, Zak Bhanji, the Sales Manager, showed us a COMPLETELY different agreement to what we signed 10 months prior (in November 2021), with COMPLETELY different sums that we never signed (which are obviously not on the original agreement). He began manipulating numbers right in front of our eyes, assuming we would pay more for our vehicle, even though we have already signed an agreement prior. This sum was significantly larger compared to what we have signed in the agreement prior. Likewise, as part of the deal, we were to trade in our vehicle, which he now evaluated at $1000 less because of an electrical problem in the window, even though we called multiple repair shops, which all told us that such a repair would cost them around $300. All of this, not considering that the prices of used vehicles have increased significantly since we signed the agreement back in November. Not only that, but throughout the entire 10-month period of waiting, Zak Bhanji constantly lied to us about the dates of the vehicle's arrival and during our last meeting was very disrespectful and unprofessional towards us. We think that he is only concerned about getting more money out of customers by any means necessary. This is completely unacceptable behaviour from any dealership. If you are thinking about purchasing a vehicle from this dealership - be warned, that this might happen to you as well. If we could give 0 stars we definitely would. More

Advisor and service manager quite condescending to deal with and basically don’t have good people skills to help diffuse customer complaints. It’s too bad because the other staff were great before and a couple bad apples can really ruin things for loyal customers. More

I was informed they had ZERO, yes ZERO 2022 4 Runners in stock. Explanation was that the website had not been updated. Very frustrating to say the least about this dealership. Would not recommend. Likely the worst dealership I've ever experienced. Made one deal for a Tacoma and then was switched to another at time of pick up. Lack of integrity and could care less how they treated you. If you want to be dissappointed then try here. They are the masters of bait and switch. I had to go down and make sure they ordered the right vehicle first. Then when I came back to sign the papers…Bam the the masters of bait and switch. I had to go down and make sure they ordered the right vehicle first. I did love the vehicle but not to the tune of $20k more. Plus they didnt tell me until I was there. No call. No email or text. Unprofessional and extremely rude. AMVIC is getting a call. That behavior is uncalled for. More

I asked Slava about the details of the vehicle the same day and when I came in he was trying to sell me another vehicle. When we asked to talk to the manager ZAK Bhanji he was so rude and instead of apologizing for wasting my time, he supported his employee and tried to blame everything on COVID. Would never do business with this dealership again. More
