Poor service department, low standard of work, declines in customer service - used them for 9 years but recently car had issues not only wasn’t able to provide definitive diagnosis, didn’t have parts, did in customer service - used them for 9 years but recently car had issues not only wasn’t able to provide definitive diagnosis, didn’t have parts, didn’t provide safety advice and found out later missed many critical items. Advisor and service manager quite condescending to deal with and basically don’t have good people skills to help diffuse customer complaints. It’s too bad because the other staff were great before and a couple bad apples can really ruin things for loyal customers. More

False & misleading inventory on website: I called to inquiry and purchase one of the NINE (9) 2022 4 Runners that are advertised on the website, these are listed as new inventory, which assumes the ca inquiry and purchase one of the NINE (9) 2022 4 Runners that are advertised on the website, these are listed as new inventory, which assumes the cars are on the lot and ready for purchase. I was informed they had ZERO, yes ZERO 2022 4 Runners in stock. Explanation was that the website had not been updated. Very frustrating to say the least about this dealership. Would not recommend. Likely the worst dealership I've ever experienced. Made one deal for a Tacoma and then was switched to another at time of pick up. Lack of integrity and could care less how they treated you. If you want to be dissappointed then try here. They are the masters of bait and switch. I had to go down and make sure they ordered the right vehicle first. Then when I came back to sign the papers…Bam the the masters of bait and switch. I had to go down and make sure they ordered the right vehicle first. Then when I came back to sign the papers…Bam the rate and payment were way higher than what we had agreed on. I guess the expectation was I would love the vehicle so much I would pay more. I did love the vehicle but not to the tune of $20k more. Plus they didnt tell me until I was there. No call. No email or text. Unprofessional and extremely rude. AMVIC is getting a call. That behavior is uncalled for. More

They contacted me about a vehicle that was already sold, they made me and my friends come in and told us t dealership, these guys are unprofessional. They contacted me about a vehicle that was already sold, they made me and my friends come in and told us that the vehicle is sold. I asked Slava about the details of the vehicle the same day and when I came in he was trying to sell me another vehicle. When we asked to talk to the manager ZAK Bhanji he was so rude and instead of apologizing for wasting my time, he supported his employee and tried to blame everything on COVID. Would never do business with this dealership again. More
