Seriously.... The car was sitting there.... done... no one came to get me.... they just left me sitting there. Need a new place to service my car. Will see if another dealership will honour the same deal. Nice communication. The guy who was helping me was very friendly however. I see this as a management issue. Poor system of communication. So my kid missed his nap and then was a gong show for the rest of the day. Thanks. If they told me it would take almost 3 times as long as promised I would have been able to make other arrangements for him. I wish I did not trust them. More

Like the other review said, BAD COMMUNICATION! They are quick to make a sale but not quick to actually get your vehicle or have it ready! And when they finally called (after I had to go in for the third time, which I was told I need to learn patience!!), the 3M that we paid cash to have done was not on. We were promised the van in the AM, but by lunch we still had not heard anything. I had to call them (again) to find out why it was not ready, only to learn it 'was' ready. They just didn't call. I've spoken with managers there and they just don't seem to care! More

I have given this review a perfect score, which i have never given before for a dealership service. My rear wheel was making a grinding noise. I called South Pointe and they told me to bring it in without having an appointment and someone would look at it. It turned out a small rock got stuck in my rear brake. South Pointe performed a rear brake service and charged me nothing. I'm not sure what's involved in performing the brake service. I was very impressed as it was obviously not Toyota's fault a rock got stuck in my brakes. They also washed the car when they were done repairing the brake. Performing the repair for free was great. Washing the car was the icing on the cake. I was also impressed with South Pointe when they installed a block heater and switched the summer/winter tires. They shuttled me to/from my home which made for a hassle-free experience. They were very professional and communicated well throughout the work and shuttle service. More

When caught taking a short cut on my car repairs that would have caused my vehicle to be unsafe, they lied about an obvious problem, tried to charge me for more repairs that were not needed, then when th would have caused my vehicle to be unsafe, they lied about an obvious problem, tried to charge me for more repairs that were not needed, then when they discovered that I was a woman who actually knew about cars they fixed it quickly and left it all off the record. Beware, they will charge you for things you do not need if you don't know a lot about cars! More
