Thank you for getting back to me. I spoke to the Service Manager at South Pointe as well, who apologized for the inconvenience. Unfortunately, there were further delays and inconvenience when I got my 4Runner back from Carstar the first time and there was no 4Runner emblem on the back. Apparently Toyota didn't order that part of the rear facade. So back I went a second time to have that reinstalled when it arrived the next day. I appreciate you adding a detailing package to my profile. I may use that, but at this point the frustration is still fresh. I have contacted another dealership in Calgary that has agreed to honor the free oil changes I got with South Pointe when I purchased the vehicle point forward. Thanks again for getting back to me.
