Brian, your apologize is as deceptive as the dealership. My truck was ORDERED, and when my truck arrived your dealership took pictures of it in the show room and advertised it for sale.(Not still listed) This was TWO years ago, and this dealership still continues this deceptive sales practice. I apologize for any misunderstanding about our prices, but the original quote was fair and industry standard. We discounted the repair drastically to try to make the situation acceptable for you. The shop supplies were included in the reduced quote of $22.49 and the final reduced invoice only changed by $15, per your request for a washer cap.
