$14,000 markup on in-transit GR Corolla as of October 2023. On top of that, the salesperson tried to justify their pricing by comparing to other greedy dealerships ("You understand there are a bunch in 2023. On top of that, the salesperson tried to justify their pricing by comparing to other greedy dealerships ("You understand there are a bunch in BC selling for 64k with mileage on them right?"), completely ignoring that there are also dealers selling for cheaper and at MSRP. He then tries to imply that it's my fault for not wanting to pay a $14,000 markup ("It sounds like you’re looking for reasons to not buy the vehicle rather than reasons to buy it."). GTFO. I should've known it was a red flag at first when they wouldn't disclose pricing unless I came in person. They said they'd be able to get "close to MSRP" but a $14,000 markup is nowhere close. So not only do they have a markup problem, they've also got an attitude problem. Avoid. More

Got a called from GM 1st week of june about my concern and ask me where is the best convenient for mr to redo the 3M protection on my 2023 tundra and i said would be red deer as im almost couple hours awa and ask me where is the best convenient for mr to redo the 3M protection on my 2023 tundra and i said would be red deer as im almost couple hours away from there dealership, and he told me that he's gonna talk to toytoa red deer about it and after that im trying to get a hold of the GM i leave a messege to call me back but never heard anything from him till now! Idk if he's taking it seriously! If they want to resolve this issue they will take action seriously not just i will update you once i talked to the guy from red deer! xxxx! I strongly advise caution when considering this dealership for pricing. During my visit, they quoted a wait time of 2 years for a Rav4 Hybrid Limited but offered an in-stock Rav4 Prime XSE at an ex dealership for pricing. During my visit, they quoted a wait time of 2 years for a Rav4 Hybrid Limited but offered an in-stock Rav4 Prime XSE at an exorbitant price of $79k, plus tax, with a $15K market adjustment, which seems like a pure rip-off. Furthermore, it's concerning that some lower trim models, like the XLE, have higher prices than the Limited version, indicating significant mark-up pricing. I recommend conducting thorough research and exploring other dealerships before making any purchases with them. More

Originally booked for june at 1pm left at 5:30 pm for 3m and BSM only BSM was done i have told them my concern on tanneu cover did not figured out! As they say its normal that water get inside. Now i have told they cannot do the 3m so i was send back to red deer and they make an appoontment for me in lightning tint red deer for july 20th!called the shop to confirm my incoming appt.! I was surprised that was not book at all! Called my salesman and he said gonna talk to them. After few minutes i called back and my salesman said i am booked for august 24! Like xxx! How many appts they need to do it to get it done right! I did ask the shop from red deer if they really nooked me on july 20th and i was told no they did not as we are behind 5 weeks! And the shop here in red deer just forward a messege from that if i cannot make ot to my appointment i have to comback to calgary! Are f! Serious! It was supposed to be done at my first appointment and you want me to comeback? its almost 2 hours drive! This is xx!! Salesman keep telling me it's fine! No it's not fine as im paying for it! More
