I figured I wouldn't be able to get help until a blonde short gentlemen came up to me and ask if I needed assistance. He introduced himself as the dealer principal his name is bob. I asked to see a Santa Fe he helped me over to grab a coffee well he personally pulled the vehicle up himSelf. He spent 10 minutes walking me through the whole Vehicle describing everything in detail Even things I had no knowledge on modern vehicles. Shortly after he handed me off to one of his sales associates Niguel. We filled out some stuff went out on a test drive. I came back and was waiting for the catch because the service I figured was to good to be true talk About you shouldn't judge a book by its cover. We went over numbers and they went through the Msrp pricing explained the winter package and explained The costs of everything. It all made sense to me and not only good service But saved me a couple thousand dollars. The finance office did the same thing and I was given all there Contacts if I ever had any questions in future to call at anytime. First off let me say wow. I have never had this customer service since the 90s lol. I highly recommend you purchase your next new Hyundai here and feel the same security I have recieved! You guys rock! Lare More

After the test drive we crunched some numbers on a vehicle I thought was only in our dreams and with very lttle negotiations we walked out with a top of the line vehicle with all the loaded options.Every question or concern we had was addressed very quickly and there were no unexpected surprises. This was over two weeks ago and not one word from them regarding the gift card and Terry made no reassurance of receiving one. I guess I should not agreed to the test drive unless I received the gas first. They did not make any effort to keep their part of the agreement nor did they give me a date of receiving one, should I hold my breath? Think not and do not plan on doing business in the future as all their promises were broken. More
