My managers did inform me they made a mistake on posting the Sentra online, it was a human error and since your in the service industry I am sure you understand that sometimes mistakes can happen. Whenever I have a poor experience in any service related business I tend to try to resolve the matter with upper management, perhaps had you contacted me we could have come to some sort of agreement to turn your experience around. You mentioned in your write up that Shelly was great, but yet rated her friendliness, customer service and overall experience at 1 out of five. Hi, yes I am in the service industry. The company I work for honours our mistakes. I do understand that we are all human, however I know the write up on traded vehicles. I know that your dealership could have honoured the MISTAKEN price and still have made budget for the period. I have had 2 really bad experiences with this dealership and will do everything in my power to ensure that anyone that means anything to me avoids the dealership.
