There were 10 items on my invoice that either needed attention or would need attention on my 2023 Palisade. When I arrived, a lady was there to take my money but not to explain anything. I asked to spea attention or would need attention on my 2023 Palisade. When I arrived, a lady was there to take my money but not to explain anything. I asked to speak to the other gentleman to have it explained and he was incredibly defensive and wanting to focus on how their dealership is in competition with other ones and how they do things better. He did go through some things after that but at this point it was hard to listen as I felt very frustrated at the way it was handled. Total cost of things needing fixing added up to over $4000 on a vehicle with 75,000km. I feel service dept should do better and take the time to provide customer service by explaining how on earth there could be so much to fix after the service 3 which is also $600. More

Took my vehicle in May 22 seer I’ve Sept fort got to order the part Inhad to call and did 3 times went to voicemail no one returned my call so I FIBA Took my vehicle in May 22 seer I’ve Sept fort got to order the part Inhad to call and did 3 times went to voicemail no one returned my call so I FIBALLY git hold of service mgr who preceded to tell they forgot to order the part. Booked an appt for Monday June 30 told me it would be 2 hrs …… 6-1/2 hrs later it was ready. AGAIN 8i called no one answered went to voicemail no one got back to me. Called Sales dept and asked to speak to service mgr whom I got i someone who told me me my vehicle would be ready at 4. I needed my vehicle and had to take my husbands because we still hadn’t heard back. Finally got a text at 450 and service closes at 5. You need to grt better customer service so bad. I think next time I’ll go to where I purchased it to northstar Hyundai. So brutal this is the second time this has happened. Such poor service!!!!!!! More
