Service department is so sketchy. Multiple issues. . I had been doing research on tires, after being treated with dignity and respect at other tire shops, Jay in the parts department Multiple issues. . I had been doing research on tires, after being treated with dignity and respect at other tire shops, Jay in the parts department told me about the promo for winter tires, did not explain what the codes on the quote meant, and got irritated when I started asking questions. As tire life is typically measured in miles, apparently these tires are different because he told me they are good for about 3 years. And, none of the other tire shops told me that I had to pay for them prior to having them installed, which Jay was trying to pressure me into paying on the spot. The locking nut from my tires was missing, they were the only ones that had ever touched the tires on my new car. It took several calls over three days, and the response that I finally got was "come on down, we would be happy to remove the locking nuts for you because you must have removed the lock from the package in the trunk." They did end up ordering me a new set which was installed without charge, but this was way more frustrating than it needed to be. Next, I brought my car in for a concern with the blind spot indicator. I had been informed when I booked the appointment that they might need to take the bumper off. I missed a call from them, took me 45 minutes to contact the service department because all service calls go through a call centre and not to the actual dealership. By the time I finally gave somebody the go ahead to do the work, I was told it would be another 1.5 hours. When I came to retrieve my car, I was told that the work wasn't done and I would need to reschedule. They had already had my car for 4 over hrs. At the same time, I informed them that I had a flat tire and would like it fixed. They told me that the tire was unfixable because the puncture was too close to the sidewall and that they could sell me a new tire for $230 plus installation.( I had just paid $115 for this tire, and when I went back to the tire shop, they were able to fix the tire. What a miracle. When I was picking up the car, I asked if they had at least put the spare tire on the car, I was told that they had not because if it snowed, I would be better off with a flat tire than with the dummy tire. The temperature happened to be close to +20 c with no snow on the forecast. I left the dealership with a flat tire and had to stop to put air in it on my way home. Also, I was told that I had an oil leak, as I had already lost faith in this dealership, I reached out to another dealership, and upon inspection was told that there was no leak, and that the repair would not have been covered under warranty. I would definitely not recommend this dealership to anybody looking to purchase or service a vehicle. More

In for the warranty oil service in near blizzard conditions. When finished I was told to look for my Venue "outback", lol. I'm 68 yrs old w no mobility issues but this turned into a very slippery/mi conditions. When finished I was told to look for my Venue "outback", lol. I'm 68 yrs old w no mobility issues but this turned into a very slippery/miserable walk! Found the car after 5+ minutes but this should not be policy in such nasty conditions, vehicle should have been brought to the front for the customer. Just saying. More

I had an interaction this week with Peter the Service Manager. He was wonderful to deal with! I purchased my Hyundai at a different dealership but was turned off by the interactions with the employees at Manager. He was wonderful to deal with! It was the most stressful and frustrating experience I've ever had buying a new vehicle. When I contacted Peter to ask information about an upcoming service on my vehicle, he was very helpful, very friendly and gave me all of the information that I was asking for (seems like the normal thing to do but it's been like pulling teeth getting information from the other dealership) and Peter was super friendly! I will be coming to Sherwood Park Hyundai for all of my future service ! More

Here’s what happ Please Read This First. I booked a car to be delivered to Calgary, and my experience on delivery day was extremely disappointing. Here’s what happened: 1. The dealership drove the car from Edmonton to Calgary without informing me, even though it was supposed to be transported by truck. 2. The car arrived completely dirty—they didn’t even bother washing it before delivery. 3. They forgot to install the 3M protection film that I had already paid for. 4. The manual key was missing, and they still don’t know where it went. 5. My email was entered incorrectly in the Bluelink app, and I had to spend almost 2 hours with customer support to get it fixed. 6. They failed to provide the certificate for the appearance protection plan. 7. After I signed all the finance documents, the salesperson stopped answering my calls completely. Despite all these issues, the only compensation offered by the sales manager and general manager was a free car wash—only if I drove over 300 km to Edmonton. I’ve shared photos of the car’s condition at delivery and screenshots of the email where the team acknowledged these mistakes. I hope this review helps anyone considering a purchase here. My experience was far from what I expected from a Hyundai dealership, especially for a brand-new car. More
