Clearly there’s problems with it including steering rack and viscous coupler problems and they couldn’t figure it out and won’t honour warranty for warranty covered parts like peeling plastic off the front flaps for Instance. Unfortunately, the experience after the purchase was not nearly as positive. They make appointments but , were never ready for the appointment, was always left sitting for up to an hour waiting. When we took delivery of our new vehicle, there was damage to the back corner. The dealership agreed to have it repaired at a body shop, which we appreciated. However, after 5 days, when we were called to pick it up, the repair was very poorly done and not acceptable for a new vehicle. It had to be returned and kept for another five days to be repaired properly. We were provided with a loaner vehicle during that time, which was extremely helpful for our busy family, and we are grateful for that. What was most disappointing was the noticeable change in attitude after the sale was completed. It felt like the level of service and care shifted significantly. Instead of feeling supported while their mistake was being corrected, we were made to feel like we were being difficult for expecting the brand new vehicle to be properly repaired. To add to the frustration, we were later accused of causing a crack in the windshield of the loaner vehicle — damage that clearly did not occur while it was in our possession. If damage was a concern they should have done a walk around before we took it into our possession. Overall, the pre-sale experience was positive, but the post-sale service and accountability did not meet expectations. Lack of communication amongst staff and departments.
