Beware of this dealership. They use every sales tactic in the book, and I would strongly advise against buying a car here. They tried to charge extra fees for cleaning the car and filling it with gas, which seemed like a blatant attempt to squeeze more money out of us. The worst part was the General Manager, Ryan Salha, who was completely disrespectful. After we decided to go with our own financing instead of their ridiculous 13% interest rate, he actually hung up on us. On top of that, when we called them out on their inflated payment estimates by using a simple payment calculator, they didn't seem to care. Don't waste your time here. There are much better options out there! More

Of course, the pressure was immediate and relentless. Financial discussions felt deliberately unclear, numbers shifted, and straightforward questions never received straightforward answers. The most alarming behaviour came from the general manager, Ryan, who repeatedly reacted with visible frustration/anger and statements like, “I thought we had a deal!!!” — when no deal had been even close to finalized. It was clearly an attempt to create guilt and obligation where none existed. The level of pressure, emotional tactics, and dismissiveness I experienced was unacceptable. Never mind the constant tricks they try to pull with numbers. As the GM, this behaviour was completely unacceptable. I hope their calls are recorded, as i’m sure this will not be acceptable in any eyes. He is particularly rude to women.
