Pure manipulation, borderline abuse to clientele. GM - Ryan. Sales person- Daniel. Walked into this dealership with the intention of getting a good feel for options available in the used-inventor GM - Ryan. Sales person- Daniel. Walked into this dealership with the intention of getting a good feel for options available in the used-inventory- was extremely clear with both the sales man and the GM that i would not be the client that walks in an makes a 24-hour decision. Of course, the pressure was immediate and relentless. Financial discussions felt deliberately unclear, numbers shifted, and straightforward questions never received straightforward answers. The most alarming behaviour came from the general manager, Ryan, who repeatedly reacted with visible frustration/anger and statements like, “I thought we had a deal!!!” — when no deal had been even close to finalized. It was clearly an attempt to create guilt and obligation where none existed. The level of pressure, emotional tactics, and dismissiveness I experienced was unacceptable. Never mind the constant tricks they try to pull with numbers. As the GM, this behaviour was completely unacceptable. I hope their calls are recorded, as i’m sure this will not be acceptable in any eyes. He is particularly rude to women.
