Buying a car can actually be ENJOYABLE! My priority for a car was ECONOMY (cost to own over 5 years). I am not in a financial position to go for bells and whistles or luxury. My initial focus was on a Honda Civic or Toyota Corolla. Then an ad for a Hyundai Elantra popped up on my computer. After in-depth comparison, the Elantra won hands down. Thus began the hard part - dealing with car dealerships and sales people (ugh!). On my way to Sherwood Park Hyundai, I reminded myself to keep my expectations low in terms of human decency. I had appointments with other car dealers later the same day. In short, I visited only one dealership and just drove home in my new Elantra. Not only did I get economy, but I got STYLE and bells and whistles as well! The best part? DEEP SINHA was a dream to work with. I would seriously send my 72 year old mother and my daughters to him to buy a car. I felt that he genuinely cared for my interests and about my experience being positive, not just for the initial purchase but for the life of my new car. Robin Do was also extremely awesome to work with. He provided options (extended warranty, etc) but did not push one bit. Overall, I felt very respected throughout the process. The one that I really liked was out of my budget, but Sierra did everything she could to make the payments fit. I was met with very quick responses and was able to accomplish everything needed through email with their online service dept. Kevin was very efficient and was able to offer me everything I was looking for in a new vehicle. Driving to SP was not going to be convenient for me; so they offered to deliver the vehicle to me! Truly above and beyond service and I would absolutely recommend dealing with this dealership! More

Excellent assistance I purchased my new Accent from Sherwood Park Hyundai Oct. 2010. All maintenance (including tire rotations) have been done there. There had been no pro I purchased my new Accent from Sherwood Park Hyundai Oct. 2010. All maintenance (including tire rotations) have been done there. There had been no problem until Nov16/15 when my hub caps went missing. I turned to Jamie Wightman, and asked her advice in the matter, She quickly located the April25/15 tire rotation order which confirmed that when the tires were sent to the Tire Hotel at that time, the hubcaps were included. Jamie then walked me over to Michael-Lynn Ducharme for further assistance. The issue was with Tire Hotel not Hyundai, so beyond her normal work, Michael-Lynn spent days dealing with them in her determination to resolve the problem to everyone's satisfaction. I'm happy to report that she was able to do just that in good time As a satisfied customer, I would like to say that I think those two young ladies are keepers, they were most pleasant and professional....already experts in interpersonal relations.
